The weather has stopped me getting out…
The weather has stopped me getting out on the course with my Powerbug trolley so far, however the delivery service, information provided and set-up on the trolley was first class. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy to use electric trolley.

Wrong wheel labelling
Bought new winter wheels. Only criticism is the left and right stickers must have been on the wrong wheels. Caused some confusion till I worked it out. Initially thought there was a fault with the motor or something as wheels were turning but not driving the trolley forward.

Replacement securing nut? No problem!
Somewhere out on my course the securing nut for the NX Front Wheel Assembly had come adrift.
Luckily, the quick release lever and bolt were still holding the Assembly together (only just!) but, with Xmas fast approaching, how was I going to fix this?
Contacted Powerbug and supplied a picture of the lever in situ. The next morning the nut was in the post and I received it on Xmas Eve, in time for my games over the holiday period!
First class customer service from start to finish!!! Doubted I would have the issue fixed before Xmas but Powerbug staff proved me wrong!
Thanks again, folks, and a well done from me!

Hedgehog Wheels
Ordered just before Christmas and received it in 2 days.
The Hedgehog wheels are again a very sturdy build and work very well on the course typically in muddy conditions.
Easy to fit and change over.

I have always found PowerBug helpful…
I have always found PowerBug helpful and efficient whether ordering an item or with a query. I recently received very helpful advice from Christian when I had a problem with my battery/ charger. I was back on the fairways at minimum expense thanks to him.
