Not sure any humans actually work here
After placing my order, a coworker asked me to make a change to it. I had only placed it hours before, so I did not think it would be an issue. There was no clear way on the website to make an alteration to the order. No big deal, I'll just call them on the phone and explain the situation.... For the rest of the day and the following day I attempted to get in touch with someone who worked there, calling multiple times, but was always kicked to voicemail. I did receive the product quickly, so they at least deserve the one star for that, but zero customer service, will not order from them again.

I ordered a battery for my flashlight…
I ordered a battery for my flashlight and was sent the incorrect battery…I emailed your Company and they will not do a refund…battery was only over 5$. They are saying it was my fault for the incorrect battery ordered…if I return it would cost me more on shipping that the battery itself. This is rediculas on there part.

I placed my order on the 17th and now it's 23 rd and still no batteries. Why send USPS. They are the worst and ups is the best. if I don't receive them tomorrow I shall cancel the order.
I should have ordered from Amazon,I would have had the batteries days ago.
