I paid €265 for an order that was never delivered. After cancelling the purchase, I received no response and no refund.

I had to escalate the case to LV consumer protection authorities and even file a LV police complaint before I finally got my money back.

This company ignores customers and only reacts when serious legal pressure is applied. Based on my experience, this is extremely risky to deal with.

Avoid.

SCAM stay away they dont deliver and dont give back money.

UPDATE: I did finaly receive my refund on March 20, after I filed a report to Latvian police.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from posty.lt (SIA POSTY) on February 2, but the item was never delivered. I had no reason to doubt them initially, as I had placed a previous order in October for rechargeable batteries; although they were slow, they did eventually deliver.

However, this experience has been entirely different. Despite the seller repeatedly promising a refund in our correspondence over the last several weeks, they have failed to return my money and have become increasingly unresponsive.

I have now escalated this by filing an official claim with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC). Based on this experience, I strongly advise staying away from this shop. They are holding my funds for over a month with nothing but empty promises.

I bought a washing machine from Posty.lt in early November 2025. After contacting them we agreed that washing machine would be delivered to me in the middle of the month. When the agreed date arrived, nothing was delivered.
I asked for a refund, but support kept giving excuses or asking me to wait. I had to write to them and call repeatedly.
Only after I reported the case to the police did they finally return my money. The refund took 4 months.
100% scammers. Avoid this website.

My beef with them was going for 1,5 months! Don’t you dare order anything from them, we everyone who ordered from them are saying that.

I mean this is just unbelievable that they have been running this scam for almost a year and authorities are doing absolutely nothing to stop this fraud.

Posty.lt was registered on 3rd of April 2025. Posty.ee little later. Today is 20th of February 2026.

Looks like the scheme is always the same. Collect payments, say there's a delay, then completely ignore all the emails and incoming calls.

No product, no refund, no nothing.

They were unable to deliver the goods within three weeks.

The scheme is the same as with other victims: first, they promise that the goods have already been received and will be delivered soon, and then they completely ignore all emails and incoming calls. (I'm almost sure they have a blacklist on their phone - after a few times when I managed to reach them, all my subsequent calls were dropped after waiting.) There have been no updates on my order for almost a month.

I have already filed reports with the police and their bank. I advise other victims to do the same, and everyone else to never deal with this store.

SCAMers... Ordered gaiming chair on 18 january with "delivery in 6 to 8 days"... After 10 days contacted "seller" - got answer that was delays, but now already sending... Provided DPD tracking no, but it not updating - no actual shippment.

This appears to be a fraudulent shop. I placed two orders two months ago. After three separate assurances that the items would be received and shipped “tomorrow,” both orders were canceled. I have still not received a refund; 11 days have already passed.

If i coudl give 0 i would do that. Wors customer service, no item after almost two months. When i asked through my bank for a refund then they Gave my money back. Called them like 20 times in different days and they haven’t responded

Shop & Seller is scam and fraud, product never received, refund never received back, reporting to police and consumers rights in progress. Police should investigate, many users are victims. Keep away guys.

I ordered a Creative Sound Blaster GS5 sound bar + TP-Link router from posty.lt on 29 December 2025 The router arrived, but the sound bar NEVER came – no tracking, no updates, nothing after more than a month.
I sent multiple email requesting a refund for the undelivered item. Zero response. Complete silence. Support is dead – no replies, no phone help, nothing.
This is clearly a scam operation: they ship one item to make it look legitimate, then disappear with the rest of your money. Many other reviews on Trustpilot say the same – "scam shop", "fraudsters", "no refund even after promises", "reported to police and consumer rights".
I had to escalate to my bank (Swedbank chargeback) and plan to file with Latvian PTAC and leave this review everywhere. Do NOT buy from posty.lt – it's a high-risk scam site with very low trust score.

On the date of when I was supposed to receive the item, it wasn't even shipped. Customer service gave a good and fair reason for the delay, promised I'd get it in 2-3 days. I got the item after almost another week.

Pros: sometimes cheaper than other stores, fast shipping, speaks English well on the phone.

Cons: shipped out late, takes up to 12h to respond to emails, no one responds to livechat, waited around 10min in queue on the phone, Lithuanian phone number (registered to CSC Telekom) doesn't exist but is still listed on the site.

I placed an order in early December which was not delivered by the promised deadline. When I tried to resolve the issue, their Estonian customer support phone number was disconnected and my emails went unanswered for days.

I was only able to secure a refund after I filed formal reports with the Police and their banking provider.

Note to future customers: After I finally received my refund, the merchant sent me aggressive emails accusing me of lying and fabricating evidence. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend trusting this business with your money.

This is a scam shop. Do not buy !!! from them. i've ordered an ssd drive waited for a month for nothing. than asked for money back but two weeks later still no money was returned im reporting them to consumer rights and police

Complete scammers, bought for 700 eur and nothing came , no nothing no support nothing. Scammed, also dont look at the botted reviews all botted...
