J’ai reçu un chandail qui ne ressemble en rien à ce que j’ai commandé. Tellement déçue la couleur et le tissus totalement différent. Ne faites pas confiance aux photos.

BUYER BEWARE of Postplaner. I think it’s a Hong Kong scam. I ordered clothing that I never received. Their DZTGJ tracking number shows the package as “delivered” to my city at 12:38 a.m. but doesn’t show name of delivery company. Postplaner will not refund without me proving I didn’t receive the package, which is impossible. They can’t provide the name of the U.S. delivery carrier, a local tracking number, delivery photo, GPS proof, or any verifiable proof of delivery. Based on my experience, I would not order from Postplaner.

I ordered an outfit and it never arrived. I messaged the company and didn't even receive a reply. It looks like they take orders and never deliver from what I see on here. I have security cameras which I reviewed and no delivery ever was made even though they say it was delivered. Customer service doesn't answer when you request details on said delivery. Save your money this is clearly a scam.

Do not purchase from Postplaner. They take you money and do not deliver your purchases. I purchase two jean jackets and one sweater. Despite saying my purchase have been delivered, they have not. I emailed them, but they do not get back to you. They just take money and forget you. So disappointing in this company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU WILL LOOSE OUT.

es una tienda fraudulenta que cobra pero no envia la ropa. Está ubicada bajo la plataforma de pinterest. No es la primera estafa de un comercio en la citada plataforma. yo ya no compro más a través de pinterest ya que no se hacen responsables del fraude.

Never received my order. No valid tracking number and no proof of delivery. After months of excuses, they still refuse to provide a full refund. Very unprofessional and absolutely not recommended. Stay away!

I have made an order for 10 clothing items. After waiting four weeks for my order to be shipped and delivered. I suddenly got a message saying that my order was delivered at 4:20 am. Of course, they couldn’t send me anything regarding the proof of delivery, no photo or signature etc. They asked me to to contact the courier, but they didn’t provide me any information either and I lost all my money. This company is not genuine.

Comprei $69,44 dólares EM ROUPAS + 12,37 de impostos da Post Planer, paguei e nunca recebi a mercadoria, pedi suporte da empresa, que foi uma piada, me disse que eu recebi e que era para procurar nos vizinhos! NÃO RECEBI E PAGUEI! Pedi para me mandaremcomprovante de entrega com minha assinatura e nunca recebi resposta! FOI UM GOLPE! NÃO COMPREM DESTA EMPRESA POST PLANER! FUI ENGANADA!

Esperienza negativa è sicuramente una truffa! Sul tracking risulta consegnato alle 5 di mattina…mi hanno detto di contattare l’amministratore perché sicuramente il pacco è stato rubato e poi mi scrivono che siccome sono affezionata cliente…ho acquistato una volta…, mi fanno un buono del 10 %

My parcel was never delivered. Emailed customer service several times. just kept getting the reply that it had been delivered and contact the local courier. They would not tell me who the courier was or what the tracking number was. DO NOT use this company - SCAM
