Signed up for this service - all attempts to request cancellation were ignored. Had to cancel my card to stop further payments.
Signed up for this service. Very poor installation instructions. Had to write to them. They replied and gave instructions.
After the next subscription payment I decided I didn't want to use it anymore - it wasn't a great user experience.
There are no instructions on how to cancel, despite their sales page saying you can cancel whenever. So I wrote to the same email I got support from the first time. No reply. A few days later - sent an email to their official support email. No reply. A few days after I sent an enquiry via their web form. No reply.
Got charged again. Spoke to my bank. They would not cancel the subscription even though I showed them my emails, the charges, the receipt and their terms and conditions saying I could cancel whenever.
I had to cancel my card in the end. These guys are a disgrace to online merchants. They should not have a payment gateway extended to them.
Do not buy - look at all the reviews. Everyone is saying the same thing.
As an online merchant myself, we have clear pathways for people to cancel. They can do it themselves. It's in our FAQs, it's in the membership area in their account. We have three ways to contact us. We do it immediately. That's how it works.
These people have short term mentality. Cannot recommend them at all.
