I ordered two large canvases on frame movie posters. After ordering I read the reviews on this site and became concerned, but in my case both canvases came, were well done and looked professional. There was some delay in receiving them but based on the tracking info that appeared to be the fault of the post office - I received them in approximately 2 weeks. At least in my case I had a good experience.

I ordered posters for my office and for my home. I can say that my expectations were fully met. The posters are gorgeous. The quality is as advertised. The price is reasonable. I am satisfied.

After receiving the poster. I had a disassemble it completely. Because the tabs holding the backing in about a quarter of them were in front of the plastic not glass. You would think for $160 that the quality would’ve been better on the assembly of this product. Tried to contact customer service to let them know and I could not do it because the catchphrase to go in on their webpage would not let me change the font. So that’s why I’m leaving a review here to warn people.

What a scam! First of all, on their site, they advertise 500+ 5 star trust pilot reviews, yet in reality, this is only their 20th review and their avg. rating is 2.7 after 19 reviews. I ordered a poster based on their claim it would arrive before Christmas. But here it is December 23rd, and the package is still awaiting shipment from Wuhan China! Obviously not going to get here in time and the intended recipient will probably have left town before the poster arrives (if it ever does). The owner of Posterun does not respond to emails.

Took a while but the poster came, 40 days, it came from China, but they are the ones that display " 2 to 4 days delivery" and have what appears to be an address in the u.s. but that's not the case. But it did arrive undamaged and was what I ordered. Thank you Bill Tatro 11/26/25

I’m impressed with both the quality and the service. The colors are true to what I saw online, and the paper feels durable. I’ll definitely be ordering more prints from this shop.

I ordered a poster from here that arrived in damaged condition; the USPS bent the package and creased the poster. I alerted the store, who offered to send a replacement. Yesterday, the new poster arrived. They enclosed it in a fiber tube, and it arrived in perfect condition.

I just would like to thank you for the great follow up and service….not every merchant out there does what they say, and it is appreciated!

Poor print quality of the canvas and characters cut off on the ends . Not the way it is shown on website picture. They will not respond to any emails requesting for a return and the phone number does not work . Beware and stay away from. I am calling my credit card company

Scam knock-off from China. Crap quality. Nothing like the picture of the poster on their website. I should have looked up their reviews instead of trusting the fake reviews on their site and fake link from trust pilot on their site. It says they're based in the US too. Clearly not.

I have had the most amazing experience.
I have to admit our canvas is just so amazing and special.
We ordered the polar express and the quality is fantastic.
My son will be over the moon.

Scammers from China. They lead you to believe they are USA based but they were dumb enough to include their address. Maps shows it to be an old abandoned house in Ohio. Phone number immediately disconnects you. Poster tube arrived 3 weeks later with no poster in it. Disputed with my CC company.

Website had a US address. Says posters ship in 2-4 days. Ordered posters for my daughters bday. Weeks later still no sign of posters. Shipping from china. Just says waiting when I track order. Wasted $80 with the scam of a company. Going to file a complaint and take legal action. Do not buy from them

Avoid at all costs. Didn't realise they were in China. Paid for express shipping which is supposed to be 2-3 days worldwide - tracking tells me poster (if it exists) is still somewhere in China. Have asked for my money back.

I have not received a return label from this company. They sent me a really small size version of what i asked for and they agreed to send me a label to return and ever since has gone silenced and i have not received anything. I’ve tried over and over to reach out about returning my pic that has not satisfied me and they just ignore me now. Do not buy from them.

Product came 12 days after order an was pleased. Communication was zilch from paying. So thought I'd been scammed. But happy when it landed my canvas 36x24 but as of communication 0/10 hope this helps

I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a poster, and my package was marked as delivered — but I never received it. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and got no response whatsoever.

It feels like a scam. Zero accountability. No follow-up. Just silence. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, and still nothing.
Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never order from them again — and I suggest you don’t either unless you’re okay with being ignored after getting ripped off.

Shocking!! Do not use there website.
Poster didn't arrive on time. Requested a refund, which they have totally ignored. Its been almost 2 months and still haven't heard from them. Plus the poster quality is shocking to. Stay clear from these scammers

I had a great experience with Posterun. I ordered three huge canvases, wanted to return one and they gladly accepted the return! Customer service was great. The quality is fantastic and we could not be happier. Colors are brilliant and the wooden part of the stretched canvas is done well. I will definitely continue to use them!!

We ordered a 20x16 framed canvas movie poster from posterun.com and paid for expedited shipping. The poster did not arrive within the promised delivery window; when we notified the company of this, they promised to refund the expedited delivery cost. That never happen.

But there's more.

When the poster finally arrived, we noticed the way the poster was made resulted in certain words actually wrapping off the front and onto the edges of the supporting frame. This made it totally unusable as the wall decoration we had intended.

We notified the company of this issue and sent pictures of what we received. Again, they promised us a full refund. Since then, repeated inquiries about both promised refunds have apparently been ignored since we received no further communication from them.

Our last inquiry asked for a response by 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 02. There was no response - not even an acknowledgement - so we are writing this review in hopes that others who may be considering placing an order from posterun com weigh the decision carefully, as our experience leads us to believe they neither care about their customers nor honor the promises they make regarding rrefunds.
