The delivery and package were excellent…

The delivery and package were excellent and the poster itself is beautiful. They also sent me on clear instructions and a YouTube link on how to mount the poster which was extremely helpful

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. From my first order to the most recent one, the quality of the canvases seems to have declined. Either that, or the photos on the website are significantly over-processed. This is not about colours appearing slightly different on various screens — it’s about contrast, levels, and overall clarity.

For example: “Apple Tree in Full Bloom” by Nikolai Astrup.
In the image shown on the website, the shapes and brushstrokes are clearly distinguishable. The canvas I received, however, appears dark, muddy, and lacks contrast to the point that it’s difficult to make out the details.

It feels as though the recent price increase has gone into improving the website presentation rather than the delivered product.

I also find it problematic that classic artworks are sold at the same price as AI-generated posters. Pieces generated with prompts like “in the style of Hopper” should be clearly labelled as AI-generated and priced accordingly.

I had a few other canvases in my wishlist - not sure if I'll complete the order..

Great quality

I ordered 9 prints of various sizes. Prints arrived well protected and in great condition. Really good quality prints, in vivid colours. Arrived in good time also. Very happy and will order again.

They put their brand name on my Claude Monet poster

Everything was fine except they put their branding on inner of the posters I bought from them. At the bottom of my Claude Monet poster, it says "posterlounge". Not exactly what you'd want! I'll have to cut it away and mount then poster on white card (or something like that.

Edit: if they are legally required to put their name on it then it's not their fault. Changing stars from 3 to 4.

What arrived was not what I was expecting

The goods arrived in good condition and arrived punctually, all good. I had ordered a poster 60 x 60cms and a frame for it. The poster arrived framed with a simular unframed poster. I feel the this was why it all cost so much, I didn't need 2 simular posters. Maybe it wasn't explained properly.
And, maybe I made the mistake of ordering the size of the frame, as I do like to have a border around the picture, so I should have ordered a bigger frame, so that's my fault.
Can I send the second poster back for a refund ??

Check the dimensions of the products

As the website was PosterLounge I thought what we were ordering was posters i.e. at least A3 size. What we got were 3 oversized post cards. I didn't think to check dimensions because as mentioned above the name of the website is posterlounge. While the quality was good I was very disappointed with the size of the product.

Fab framed print

Great choice & framed print was fab. Great value too. Delighted this company use An Post for delivery as not a mark on the excellent cardboard wrapping & postman knows what to do if I’m not in & its lashing rain. Highly recommend this company.
