Habe meine Mitgliedschaft beim WWF kündigen lassen und bin in eine Abofalle reingekommen.
Habe im Testzeitraum von den angegebenen Stunden das ganze widerrufen und trotzdem wurden außer den 0,99€ 3Tage später auch eine Mitgliedschafts Gebühr von 49,- abgebucht.
Unbedingt Finger von diesem Unternehmen lassen.
Das ist eine teure Kündigung und ich hoffe wenigstens auf Rückerstattung.

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Postclic und bin positiv überrascht, wie einfach und schnell der gesamte Ablauf funktioniert. Die Plattform ist übersichtlich gestaltet und man versteht sofort, wie man ein Einschreiben online versenden kann, ohne zur Post gehen zu müssen.
Besonders praktisch fand ich die Möglichkeit, den Versand und die Zustellung nachzuverfolgen. Alles wurde transparent angezeigt und ich habe direkt eine Bestätigung erhalten. Der Service spart wirklich viel Zeit und ist ideal für administrative oder wichtige Dokumente.
Auch der Kundenservice war freundlich und reaktionsschnell, als ich eine Frage zu meinem Versand hatte. Ich habe schnell eine klare Antwort erhalten.
Insgesamt finde ich das Konzept modern, effizient und sehr nützlich. Ich werde den Service definitiv wieder nutzen und kann Postclic weiterempfehlen.

Make sure you read the fine print and don't get hoodwinked.
I mistakenly entered into an expensive subscription when I believed I was only signing up for a one-off cancellation of Docplay for AUD1.49. I cancelled my subscription but have still been charged AUD80.49. My request for a refund has been declined.Yes, it may be in small print in Terms and Conditions ,however, in my opinion the sign-up process is misleading and a deliberate ploy to hoodwink customers.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription with postclic and they everytime ask me to pay a higher amount of money first it was 3.83 which was declined then they upped it to 18.83.. you people are scammers and if I don't get refunded I'm gona take this further

Achtung Abo, für 49€ im Monat!!
Achtung, mit der Zahlung von 90 Cent schließt ihr ein Abo für monatlich 49€ ab.
Ich habe leider kein Hinweis hier drüber wahrgenommen.
Dieses Abo kann in 48 Stunden gekündigt werden.
Nur wie, das ist nicht verlinkt und auch nicht erklärt?
Was es rein rechtlich in der EU aber sein sollte.
Kündigt Eure Angelegenheiten lieber gleich selber, es ist eventuell einfacher als dieses 49€ Abo zu kündigen.
Da hilft Postclick eben nicht!

Ich habe das versteckte Abo sofort fristgerecht gekündigt und habe auch eine Bestätigung der Kündigung erhalten. In dieser schreibt Postclick, mein Abo sei gekündigt und es werden keine weiteten Zahlungen fällig!
Und nun hat Postclick gerade 49€ von meiner Wallet abgebucht.
Das ist eine Frechheit!
Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!!!
Ich schalte jetzt mein Anwalt ein, das geht gar nicht!!!
Ein Stern Abzug gibt's jetzt gleich!
