Had 5 snapped posts and 2 wobbly ones. Fences went down earlier in the week after some strong wind. Has resigned myself to having to dig out old concrete footings and get new posts till friend suggested bracing.

After some research came across the "Post Buddy", thought order try and worst case return the rest if not working.

Surprisingly quite straight forward (I was a little sceptical), one of the posts was very rotten at the base where it had snapped and its secured that too.

Have a spare set now ready (ordered 2 lots of 4 pairs for the 7 posts). Should hopefully get a few years out of the old fence and will then replace with concrete.

Took just over 3 hours so around 30 minutes a post that included pausing for rain here and there, tidyup and securing the fence back to the posts.

Very satisfied with this product (don't usually write reviews but given the amount of time and money it saved thought why not, it may sway someone to give it a try).

Brilliant product needed a quick fix for a post in our donkey's area did the job no problem well happy what a brilliant idea !!!!

Was great to fix my fence post with post buddy. Very easy to do it. I did it on my own in 1 hr. Post feels very sturdy now. It is also a bit low key compared to a concrete post. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Price is very good. Good value for money. Easy to order and timely delivery. Thank you for offering this product. It's great.

you know you are going to get a "good fixed end moment"- excuse the structural engineer lingo. Anyway, Its a great feeling when the post rocks NO MORE !!!

So pleased with the Post Buddy system I had very limited area to work with so this worked so well, had to give it some “welly” to knock the metal slats into place but once 2 were screwed to the post it’s completely secure. The screws were good too so I’d pay extra to have those supplied, instructions were excellent I honestly can’t fault it, simplistic but works!!! 5 Stars

They have helped my to turn wobbling fences into stable fences, which no longer wobble.

I have been using post buddy for wooden fence post repairs for years. Using the product when I was a self employed painter/decorator & general handyman. I have used these for my own fence & they have been in place for over 10 years.

I can thoroughly recommend Post Buddy, to coin a phrase - it does exactly what is say's on the tin.

easy to drive post buddys in the ground with a club hammer and to fix screws into the solid part of the post. my post had completely rotten away at ground level and as the post was in a very awkward position to be able to change the post was not at all practical. so used two post buddys which firmed the post up really well. I decided to fix two short wood board just over the top of the post buddy repair and repainted over the boards and post just to tidy it up. looks good and firm.

Not used yet, delivery was efficient with the courier friendly

I'm very happy with the service post buddy provided and they worked very well. I'm pleased to say that because of these my two broken fence posts survived recent storm "Amy". Nice one !

So our huge gate post had dropped/become wonky after many good years and we were constantly pulling the gate upwards to open/close it, we considered the option of getting in a fencer to repair but a desperate internet search brought up Post Buddy. Surely it couldn’t be as simple as that? We got 4 buddies, 2 for the front and 1 for each side and problem solved. If your post needs supporting from the bottom then this system will work.
