EDIT: My initial review was 1 star due to extensive shipping delays and poor customer service. The box finally arrived on August 7th, and the post arrived August 15th. The owner did reach out to me twice via email to explain the delay, and assure me that shipping was imminent, (and ask that I change the review, which I promised I would).

We haven't mounted it yet, but the box appears to be well made and very sturdy. I'm excited to see what it looks like once we get the patina on! I would order from them again, understanding that the website's posted shipping times may not accurately reflect their current supply, but hopefully they've got it all worked out!

Ordered the large Malone & post in corten steel (this is raw, unfinished steel designed to have a patina) on July 1. Shipping times were listed as 7-10 days, it is currently 34 days later, and nothing has arrived. I was due a 20% credit for a glitch I pointed out on their website, and that was honored promptly.

HOWEVER, it seems they don't have ANY STOCK whatsoever. Emails to customer service eventually get answered but their first response is to say that some colors are backordered, and offer it in a different color (which makes ZERO sense, because if you don't have any of the raw, unfinished steel boxes, you wouldn't have any of the painted ones either, right?). The next response is to claim heavy sales and being a small, understaffed company. Then more excuses, (now the problem is the post, but the box still has not shipped either). Last update was that shipping was imminent - when that didn't happen, they swore it was being packaged and I'd have shipping info TODAY (August 3), which I still have not gotten.

Honestly, my need for the box is NOT urgent, BUT I am very uneasy with having paid for something 5 weeks ago that has not shipped yet. Seems they ought to suspend advertising campaigns a bit until they can actually catch up on product delivery - AND CLEARLY STATE AN ACCURATE ORDERING TIMEFRAME! Right now, all they're doing is cultivating a bunch of bad customer experiences.

took a sec to get my mailbox but i am over the moon with it. the mailbox is high quality and the setup was super fast. customer service was super helpful and quick to respond to all my questions

I ordered a corten Malone mailbox, post, and house numbers on May 27. The website said orders ship in 10 to 12 business days. Mine took 50 days. Along the way, my order status said "on its way" for five weeks about a product that had not been built yet, and the automated support agent confidently told me my order was fulfilled when a human later confirmed it was still in production. I eventually canceled and filed complaints. That part of the experience was a 1 star.

Then the co-founder, Sam, stepped in personally. Full refund, no games. He told me to keep the mailbox anyway, then walked me through his own shop recipe for accelerating the corten patina. He also told me they unplugged the automated support bot and are rebuilding inventory ahead of sales instead of behind them. Time will tell, but that is the right diagnosis.

The product itself is a 5: heavy 14-gauge steel, beautifully finished, and it weathered into the best-looking mailbox on the street. The compliments from neighbors started within weeks.

My advice to buyers: the product is worth having, but confirm a realistic ship date before you order. My advice to the company: keep the founder's energy in the support inbox. Four stars for the whole journey, and genuinely rooting for them.

The standing tall address planter has added life to our front entrance. Our delivery came on time, it took close to 3 weeks. I was also able to track it from my email. It even came with a paper mounting guide to make it easier for me to hang.

The owners were super helpful when I had questions. The customer support was informative when I contacted them. It took awhile to get here but it was an overall a good experience! I love my new mailbox and plaque and it was worth the wait!

UPDATE: After I posted my review, Post & Porch reached out to me to rectify the situation. They sent me the correct mailbox, which I’m very happy with. I’m pleased with the customer service I received.

I ordered the Greetings Wall-Mounted Mailbox around Memorial Day and did not receive it until July 21—two months after ordering. Then, upon opening it, I discovered they sent me the wrong mailbox. They sent the Garden Wall-Mounted Mailbox, which is about three times the size as the one I ordered. It was too big to fit where I had wanted it.

After all that waiting, I was just instructed to send the mailbox back. They didn't even offer to send me the one I originally ordered.

I will NEVER order from them again.

This product was absolutely better than I expected. Well worth the wait, solid materials, easy to follow instructions and customer service was super responsive.

Ordered June 20th, still have no received mailbox or mailbox numbers. Have emailed customer service multiple times and was advised that “it’s set to ship out next week” and then nothing happens.

Wish I had done more research before ordering. At this point, will have place a charge back with the bank and purchase a new box from a different company. Complete jokes, do not order.

I ordered a mailbox in May, and my credit card was charged immediately. Months later, I still have not received my order. I’ve contacted the company multiple times for an update, but the issue has not been resolved. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

They responded to my concern about delivery delay and the mailbox is very solid and well made. Craftsmanship is evident and worth the wait.

processing and shipping took about 6 weeks but the company communicated effectively and efficiently and the quality of the mailbox is absolutely amazing. It is durable and esthetically pleasing.

We still have yet to receive our order and it’s been over two months…it hasn’t even shipped yet.

I’m extremely happy with this mailbox. Although it took longer than expected to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. The quality exceeded my expectations—the materials feel solid, durable, and very well made.

There were some hiccups with getting my order right but the social media team on IG was on it! They made everything right and then some!

I ordered my Mailbox on May 30, and the advertised delivery was 3 weeks. On June 15 it was moved to pre-transit. Yay it's coming soon! NOPE. It stayed listed as pre-transit for a month. When you reach out by email they respond only with AI. When you comment on Facebook they message you and respond by AI. The response is always the same: up to 2 more week. That's the response I got the third week of June, and that's the response I got the first week of July. I really want the mailbox and I'm willing to wait a reasonable time, but I wouldn't have ordered if they had said 7+ weeks. After reaching out again the second week of July, they sent me a message saying the order would ship over the weekend. On July 14, I received the post. Just the post, not mailbox. I immediately contacted Post & Porch and asked about the rest of my order and they responded it was shipping out "tomorrow". It took a few more day but I finally got a notice from FedEx that they had the package. It was finally delivered yesterday, July 22nd. Total time from order to receiving the product was 7 weeks and 5 days.
The mailbox is sturdy and seems to be built of quality materials, however the box inside the box was slightly out of square and the door was installed crooked so it rubbed on the inside of the opening. I was able to adjust the door so it wouldn't rub anymore, but it's still slightly crooked. No one will look at it as closely as me so they probably won't notice, but I sure wish it was right. I wouldn't order again.

Waited 10 weeks. No product, no email responses & there’s no phone # any person will ever answer. Cancel your order or better yet, DO NOT ORDER from these scammers! They used my $$ for nearly 3 months until I disputed the charges. Order from their online competitors instead and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Don’t believe the fake reviews this company has been writing on here the past week. Their customer service is the worst in the America. They take months to ship. The create labels and sit on them for a month. This company sucks - stay away!

We love the new mailbox! It is stylish, and it adds to the appearance of the exterior of our house! The installation and follow up was great! We highly recommend them!

I love my planters! I have 3 sizes of the Millcreek Planter pots! The quality is fantastic! They have transformed my patio!
