My experience was very good, my order took 4 days which is very fast and everything came in good condition, it was good priced and the product itself is good and does not contain any harsh ingredients. If your thinking of giving this brand a chance I definitely recommend it!

I got the sea salt spray and it works great , the videos on how to use it were also very helpful + the images within the box that it came in .
My nan got it for me for Christmas and she said the customer service was amazing she was delighted to get a personal thank you email for buying the products. Will be buying more products soon.

I absolutely love poseidon hair products as they have immensely helped me with my straight and fine hair.

I ordered a set with the clay and the sea salt spray. The spray came open and leaking! They promptly sent a replacement though. Then that replacement was marked as damaged.. so they sent another replacement with express shipping haha.

10/10 customer service, but definitely redesign that bottle for the future!

I have been stuck with the same straight hair style for 16 years. I saw this guy on YouTube and followed his very clear and simple tutorial and am loving the outcome. You can experiment with different styles. Would totally recommend

Expensive but lovely stuff

I asked via email looking where my order is and they responded quickly. Got the items delivered to my house when they got the stocks back. Customer care is excellent! I also loved the products, the smell, the ease of use and it does not irritate my sensitive scalp. Happy to order again once I used up my supply. Finally the hair care I can use on the go. Keep it up!

I ordered the Sea Salt Spray and the Grooming Clay. The box it came in was way too big, and both products (which are white) arrived covered in black marks and scratches. I'm quite disappointed to receive the products in that condition, especially considering the price I paid.

I’m disappointed to have to write such a review because they do sell a great product. However as of late they have been poor. They mention 2 days shipping for the UK and after I bought my item they have not only taken a week but also have not contacted me at all about if my order has even shipped at all? I contacted customer support and also received no response. Incredibly shocking

After further contact with Gavin this issue has been mostly resolved. Still can't give too high stars but they have been communicative throughout the process.
