Emma is an excellent language teacher. She can identify what you need to develop your skills. She understands the differences between English and European Portuguese, which makes learning so much more successful. There are a wide variety of classes available, I have found both the 1:1 and in-person group classes excellent.

This company is really well organised and provides all the information needed to improve your Portuguese. For us it definitely helped us to pass the ciple exam and gave us the confidence to do it. Highly recommended.

Emma is the best Portuguese teacher I had by far, and I had quite a few... I've been studying with her/her platform for almost two years and the language is finally starting to make sense. She's also really great for preparing for the CIPLE exam. Highly recommended!

I look forward to my weekly lesson with Claudia, her style is friendly, professional and the lessons are pitched at the right level. The small group size mean that each class member gets time to interact with each other. Our Class members are from diverse background's and different time zones around the world which makes for very interesting discussions. Emma is always available to help out and sets great work on the website for us to work through. I highly recommend this program to any one wanting to learn Portuguese no matter where you are in the world.

Emma is an amazing teacher. I have studied with her in person and online. Her system is excellent and helps in understanding the Portuguese language at the level that each student wants to reach. For daily contact with the inhabitants of the country, for understanding the language on a deeper level or for communicating in basic everyday things, each student finds exactly what he needs. I highly recommend her.

Emma and Cláudia are fabulous teachers. The know exactly what to teach you to build your confidence and get you through the CIPLE exam. I did private lessons and also joined the group courses. Would HIGHLY recommend (I passed the CIPLE exam in November 2025!)
