We took a great trip of Spain and Portugal and Spain wit Maplus. We chose the Madrid to Lisbon with Compostela. It was quite a bit to see in such short time but we we cover all the main points, and for the price it was great. Our guides weere very good especially Jose.There were some snags specially with the use of more than one language, but it was expected and everyone got used to it. Portugal.com was key in organizing it all, including our post tour stay in Algarve. 5 star for Portugal.com. We'll recommend to our friends.

I booked a customise tour for myself as a solo traveller. Everything was taken care of and all accommodation were top class. The drivers & guides were always there to provide help and suggest additional options. I saw much more and managed to do a lot more with the care given to me. Though I paid a little more, but gained and enjoyed a whole lot more for my trip.

We couldn't be happier about our Portugal trip that was put together for us by Antonio from Portugal.com. It was just the right mixture of cultural, historic, and gastronomic impressions. The schedule and the route were compiled the way that allowed us to see a lot of the country, and to have fun at the same time. Several years ago we had a wonderful small family tour customized by Portugal.com to our specific requests. Our tour guide Nuno was great...historical knowledge impressive, choice of restaurants phenomenal(some of the best Portuguese meals ever), and always kept the group moving with the itinerary. Travelling in a small tour bus was a new experience as we were able to get through narrow city streets and see so much that you would not normally be able to see in any other way but walking. Especially memorable, we travelled down a majestic terraced hillside laden with grapevines on the way to Porto...it was breathtaking!

A group of 9 family members, including my wife, my son, my daughter and her husband, and my 2 sisters, had the experience of a lifetime traveling through Portugal with a one of a kind tour guide, Nuno. The accommodations were great, but what made it all stand out, was the personal interest that Nuno took in providing us with the unique history of all of the places that we visited. His expertise was limitless, and his enthusiasm was contagious. The one thing my wife still keeps talking about was the great food that we consistently experienced in all of the great local restaurants that Nuno suggested --- she'd go back just for the food! Our tour was certainly very carefully planned, and we could not have asked for better, personal service. We only hope that we can all get together again to repeat the unforgettable journey.

After all my European travels I have to say that my small group tour with Portugal.com was the best. There were six people on our tour that lasted 7 days and it was out of this world! The 4-5 star accommodations were second to none and our tour guide Triago was stupendous. Our itinerary covered many of Portugal's finest castles, villages and historical areas that we would never have experienced on our own. Portugal is a hidden gem with wonderful food, culture and people. My only regret is that the tour was so short. I would have loved to spend a few more days exploring. I hope to return in the near future...that's how great it was!

We took their most popular fly and drive trip. We had a problem as we couldn't get our plane in Chicago. Had to reroute. The people at the travel agency were wonderful. Rearranged our pickup etc. The trip went well after that. Lodging was great. Suggestions on what to see and do were spot on. Overall had a wonderful trip thanks to our travel agency.

We were a group of 6 and made a last minute reservation for a 9 night Lisbon and Villages tour as we was interested in driving through Portugal but knew nothing about it. I contacted Portugal.com and got all my questions answered and booked our itinerary without a flaw. Great suggestions. Wonderful trip specially the drive towards Marvao and up to Guimaraens. Porto was wonderful...heck the all country was wonderful.

Back in January I sent out several email inquiries to different travel agents regarding their offerings. Antonio at Portugal.com responded within minutes to my initial inquiry. He, along with his colleague Eunice, were extremely responsive throughout the process.
The trip was a huge success! The itinerary was perfect and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. We made full use of our Lisboa card and were able to visit many museums and explored different parts of the city. The train to the Algarve was great too. All the drivers were professional and helpful. The Algarve tour was more than we expected and the hotel was perfect - right size with the right amenities. We took advantage of the beach for a day to relax.
The highlight of our trip was Sao Miguel. We had a wonderful tour guide, Jose Melo. His knowledge and obvious pride of his home was very apparent. We were so impressed with Joe that we made arrangements for an additional tour on our last full day to see the rest of the island. We were thrilled when he was our driver to take us to the airport on our last day.
Thank you to both Antonio and Eunice for helping us plan such an amazing trip. I have already recommended your company to several people. My hope is to return to Portugal in the future and you can be sure I will make my travel plans with Portugal.com.

I knew I wanted to visit Portugal because i was way overdue. I last visited portugal in 1995. But this time I wanted to really explore Portugal so I googled it. That's how I came across Portugal.com I search portugal tours within the web site and the itinerary for Portugal in Depth sounded perfect. I wanted to spend a few hours with some family members that are living in Algarve and we managed to do just that. Our complete tour took 11 days and 1,300+ miles. Our Coach driver was very familiar with the roads and very pleasant to be around. The day we toured Lagos in Algarve we did lots of shopping and had lunch in the center and by the evening had dinner with my family as I had wished. Next morning we toured Cape St. Vincent (amazing views) and headed back to Lisbon for one last night in Portugal. The entired tour was full of amazing views and so much history. We had an awesome tour guide Mr. Jose Do Anjos very pleasant and full of knowledge about portugal history. Also Globus tours a five star all around service and will be in our life for feature adventures. We highly recommend Portugal.com and GlobusTours. They will make your trip worth it, trust me😊👍

My husband and I loved Portugal and the trip as arranged was perfect! The hotels were beautiful and all the transportation and the intinerary were extremely well planned. The recommendations for what to visit in each place were perfect. We saw as much of Portugal as we could in the 10 days of our trip. We drove over 1500 miles and were always pleasantly surprised at the lovely hotel that awaited us at each location.
