Good prices
Good prices. Always responded to my questions. Nice hotels. Transfer always. On time. The excursion we did was good and reasonable priced. Wish Porto and Lisbon hotels closer to city center and return flight from Sao Miguel to Boston instead of Sao Miguel to Lisbon then Boston.

Odpowiedź od Portugal Getaways
Dear Stacey,
Thank you for this! We are so glad the overall experience felt smooth and well priced. We hear you on the hotel locations and the flight routing and will keep that feedback in mind. For future bookings, our team is always happy to help find options closer to the city center or with preferred flight connections. We hope to plan your next adventure soon!
Kindest regards,
Portugal Getaways Team
Booking process
Booking process, staff & service excellent. So much prefer to deal with a real person in the other end of the phone rather than some online company like Trivago or Expedia. The price is the price, is the price. I like that. Really looking forward to my trip to the loveliest country, Portugal.

Booking a fun stress free trip
The customer service agents are very knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime we had questions or had to make changes to our trip, they were very prompt.
All of our hotel bookings, airline travel, transfer rides, activities were perfectly arranged. We had no worries at all.
Each one of our guides on Sao Miguel, Madeira and Lisbon went out of their way to explain and share with us the history and beauty of the sites.
We can not wait to go back again

Beautiful country
Beautiful country - most everything went smoothly. Suggestions when recommending Portugal Boutique Hotel - advise your clients to go directly to Hotel Mundial … gps provided had us driving in circles for almost an hour. Also the phone number provided on our itinerary for the boutique hotelwas incorrect and gave us the number is no longer in service.
The same for Jupiter Hotel - directions did not have us locate the hotel - staff met us to guide us as it was a pedestrian only street access at the time of our arrival.
So, a few hiccups but an otherwise great trip
