PortraitsOnDemand Recenzje

Had a first painting done which was lovely so started the process for another. It was for a very special occasion so I left well over 2 months to get it produced. We got so far in the process but then nothing. As time ticked on and no one was responding, I tried calling the number on the website which went through to a Care Home advice line! Eventually got a response but was told it wouldn’t be ready in time. No apologies, no explanation, no discount for the painful service. Customer service could’ve rectified this but there was nothing.
Such a shame because it could’ve been a great gift but turned out to be a total waste of time and a frustrating nightmare. Must be artist dependant on what experience you get.

Wonderful job. I cannot express enough how amazed I am and so pleased with my painting.

PortraitsOnDemand followed up with me during different stages of the finished product to ensure my 100% satisfaction. Great service!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the watercolor portraits of my grandchildren. PortraitsOnDemand is easy to work with, responds quickly to questions, and delivers quickly.

We had several reviews from a portrait that was good to begin with and the revisions where made quick and accurate. My wife loved the painting.

Each step of the process went smoothly with no surprises. Appreciated ability to share my thoughts on the project with the artist up front (which were implemented as requested). Shipped when committed with care and excellent packaging. I was very pleased with the end result as was the recipient of this gift.

It brought tears to my eyes. The artist captured my beautiful dog's essence. I wish I would have purchased a smaller size, I didn't realize how large it would be which limits where I can put the painting.

The portrait is very good and the process was very easy.

The artist was great to work with, sending updates for review and editing, until I was satisfied with the colors and representation. The finished portrait looks exactly like my son's beloved Labrador, "Maddux". I presented it as a Christmas present.....total win!

My portrait was produced at a quality, value and schedule that were all beyond my expectations.

A+ service. Team are always available and willing to help, quick service.

Great quality and fast turnaround.

Very easy to order and to communicate what you want or don't want in portrait. I would and will recommend PortraitsOnDemand to anyone that is thinking of having one done by an artist.

I am pleased with the portrait I ordered. I have a critical eye and think I would have requested more adjustments than I did and it would have looked better in a smaller size. My advice is to consider the size and anything in the photograph you would like subdued or omitted at the outset which would leave you delighted with the result

Photo was well done, thanks

Really delighted with our beautiful painting highly recommend portraits on demand. The customer service was prompt and the team delivered a beautiful replica of the picture we had sent to them.

This is awesome they did such a great job on the painting

Beautiful paint! brilliant designs! nice frames!! highly recommend.

The painting is fine. The frame is okay, but we’ll need to have it redone. I’d say 4.5 out of 5.
