I placed two orders, one with an email for 1 test SIM, and one the week before with another email for 2 test SIMs.
No communication from them, no email, no access to the panel.
They only accepted payment. The first with VISA, the second with Google Play.
But I have nothing from them.
I can't log in.
I don't know if the order was accepted or not.
Money wasted and nothing in hand.
Worst of all, I have to do some tests before I can buy a thousand SIMs. How can I be trusted with these people?!?!

I have been waiting for 2 months with no resolution

Wir haben mit unserem Unternehmen bezüglich des High Data Tarifs (1GB für 5€) angefragt und nach entsprechendem Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter mehrere Sim Karten bestellt. Nach Ankunft der Sim Karten wurde rückgemeldet, dass erst geprüft werden müsse, ob wir den High Data Tarif überhaupt nutzen dürfen. Als nach mehreren Wochen der "Prüfung" und ebenso mehreren, erneuten Anfragen keine Antwort kam (obwohl wir beim Erstkontakt vom Mitarbeiter aufgefordert wurden, die Sim Karten zu bestellen), haben wir die nicht aktivierten Sim Karten zurückgeschickt. Im Portal ist zudem keine Abbuchung per Lastschrift möglich, die Daten muss man (wenn man nicht mit Kreditkarte bucht) immer wieder manuell aufladen. Auch ist keine Mehrfachaufladung auf einmal möglich, sprich für alle 500MB muss eine separate Aufladung gebucht werden. Drei Monate später gibt es keine eindeutige Aussage, noch eine Rückerstattung. Gehen Sie lieber zur Konkurrenz (fragen Sie die KI), dort gibt es die Services, um die man dort betteln muss, kostenfrei ohne Aktivierungsgebühren und weiteren Stress.

While there is NO MENTION OF THIS on their website or signup process, they are enterprise only.

Nice and cheap, $10/500MB. So I researched, created an account, ordered a SIM, paid, and waited. After a week, I get a message saying that I had to be an enterprise and the order is canceled. Total waste of time.

For us insignificant small fry, Truphone and Simbase, and possibly others, have comparable deals.
