We're sorry to hear that. Auspost is experiencing unprecedented delays due to COVID. Your parcel was collected by Auspost on 14/09 (one week ago) but they have yet to scan the parcel. We have seen parcels from the same batch start to be scanned today and expect yours to follow in the next day or so. We have since switched to using an alternative carrier until Auspost's delays are resolved.

I have already completed a review yet you keep sending me this to do. I was happy with my products. very happy and going to reorder but the price went up from $80 to $105 so wasn't happy about that and not ordering any more thank you. Stop asking for reviews when I have already done one.
