Scammers
The item arrived quite quickly. The packaging was very basic. The driver unpacked the furniture. The quality was the worst I've ever seen in a piece of furniture. Everything was held together with just staples. Nothing was precisely finished. The panels had gaps. Truly awful. I wanted to return the furniture immediately. He refused. Understandably. The workmanship is extremely poor. It's unbelievable that something like this is even allowed to be offered for sale here. Instead of taking the furniture with me or picking it up – it's quite large, after all – the seller demanded that I ship it. Unbelievable. Then a driver from the company was sent to collect it. They demanded 400 dirhams. They said they would give me a receipt because I would get the amount back from Amazon. They picked up the junk. They took the money. I didn't get a receipt. It's a complete scam. Why is this allowed on Amazon? Unbelievable. I finally got rid of the mess, but I had to pay practically half the price of the furniture just for the removal. Beware. They're scammers.
