item delivered to wrong address , delivery print had also not put full address , pictures and proof provided , royal mail not interested . item is missing yet poppersrus state they will not refund me until package is returned to them ? package cannot be returned if its lost ? or delivered to wrong person due to there label misprint .

poppersrus are happy to take your money , ive been a loyal customer for years yet they will force you to take legal advice to get a refund . i wish that id claimed for all the damaged bottles id received over the years ...... THIS COMPANY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO REVIEWS ANDWILL IGNORE YOU AND NOT HELP YOU.

i will regularly update this situation and outcome so people are aware and can make a choice as there are dozens of new company with cheaper products , discount codes and super fast safe delivery .

Been customer 4 years . First issue of item delivered to wrong address & proved shows the true side of this outfit . Do not believe the reply below …. They have ignored emails , refused to refund or re issue my item … being forced to contact my cc provider & seek legal advice .

They stated will only deal with me when I’m turns up at there HQ - but I’ve reported it lost !!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service from NICK ? …. Most positive reviews on here are unverified . I’m %100 verified and wouldn’t leave such a damning review .

There are plenty of other suppliers out there not just cheaper but treat there loyal customers much better …: I have several friends who now purchase elsewhere due to this incident and TIKTOK has many negative reviews about this company !!!!

This company is known to have highest prices , most complaints due to bad customer service and damaged goods in delivery .

Also issuing codes that are false and non existent …. They do not look after there loyal customers when things go wrong !!!!

The item was not delivered to my address so how can a company state they will wait until item comes back …. You were also advised that your printer was not working as it had misprinted my flat number . Evidence was supplied in pictures , not my signature , door or person ! The item was not delivered to me so it’s lost and you refuse my legal rights …. Regards patience over a week is enough to request a replacement or refund but no u expect the loyal customer to go through a chargeback process with visa …. The rest is very true nick thomas …..

Threat of legal action ! Refunded as per consumer rights ! Even then accused neighbour of stealing ! Unbelievable! Begged to remove truth - no chance !!!! Now using a new company so watch for update on them !!!

You have never ever informed me of the code which would go expire in 3 months, and yes, I did email you but you decide to ignore my emails, twice.

Furthermore, you provided me with the code on 02/06/2025, for an order placed on 29/05/2025, I tried to use the code on 23/08/2025 which is less than 3 months, why did it expire if the code was valid for 3 months? So you are indeed dishonest and more than rude
