It’s unfortunate to see this, but your review doesn’t reflect the actual situation. You sent us 5 emails within 12 hours. We replied to the first one in 7 hours, the next three within 22 hours, and the fifth one in 4 hours. We always respond as quickly as possible, but there are days when replies take 12–24 hours or more due to the volume of emails. The time difference between the U.S. and Europe also affects how fast we can respond.
As we explained by email, delays occurred with new orders due to updated U.S. customs regulations. We needed some time to handle the new paperwork so that you, as the customer, wouldn’t have to deal with any complications. Unfortunately, U.S. import laws change frequently, which makes shipping more challenging. However, thanks to our experienced warehouse team and strong FedEx support, we always resolve everything — and FedEx is now authorized to handle all customs documentation to ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep.
Within those 12 hours when you sent 5 emails, we also offered you the choice between shipping your order or a full refund. However, we did not receive any call or message from you on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber.
