Ordered a sweater, after long delivery delay, was not as pictured or described. Color was golden not tan, arms too short to even be considered as 3/4 length. customer service blamed me for ordering wrong size, told me in very broken English I had to pay return shipping and customs fees. Site is misleading, poor quality product from China. Buyer beware!!
This company’s product are TERRIBLE quality. Nothing like pictured and sizing all messed up. You can’t return normally and have to pay shipping. They wanted me to take a photo of the items to prove there was something “wrong” with them...WHAT?? I decided it’s not worth my stress and accepted the $6 refund they gave me and will donate the items. The same thing with Loosely, by the way. Both companies are advertised on instagram and their websites have positive reviews. Probably fake. Unless you want clothing made poorly and of terribly quality that chokes you around the neck, don’t buy anything from this company. Instagram, shame on you for advertising a scam of a company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE = WORST EVER! 1) no paperwork with shipment so you have to search for address if you want to email to request return address 2) they fight with you via email and say you have to PROVE something is wrong and send pictures 3) when you point out THEIR website says you can return for any reason within 30 days they will send you the weirdest address in China...who knows if it is legit? Plus, YOU have to pay shipping, send them tracking number and if they get it and THEY smell or see anything wrong there is no refund. Sound arbitrary and capricious? Plus, that shipping will set you back more than half what you paid for this crap in the first place. Then, if you look at your Visa bill, the phone number is a California number so I ask them to send USA customer service address. No response in over a week.
And the final kick in the pants? With all the reviews about their product and customer service why does a company like Instagram CONTINUE to send/push their ads?

Recd my order way after Christmas, yesterday. No way to really track, when you try it always says “unavailable at this time”. After receiving I discovered it was XS (prob a size 0). I wear a 12 and ordered XL. It was labeled XL, but I couldn’t even get my arm through the shoulder opening and the top is suppose to be a loose fitting, gathered with balloon sleeves. Terrible company, and deceiving when you are not told upfront this is a Chinese Co, I would have never ordered from an overseas company had I known. SCAM!!!!!!
Never buy from this company. They don’t tell you the item will take 3-4 weeks to arrive from China. The quality is nothing like the picture shown. Buyer beware!!! Junk, rip-off, never again.
