Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen. Wir haben eine Bestellung aufgeben und einen Betrag im 4stelligen Bereich als Vorkasse bezahlt.
Bei uns angekommen ist ein kleines Paket mit der falschen Ware, die absolut nicht dem Warenwert unserer Bestellung gleicht. Ich solle das falsche Päckchen auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden.
Kundenservice telefonisch nie erreichbar. Per Chat wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass die Ware versendet wurde und das dann an DHL liegt. Nach mehreren Wochen meldet sich niemand bei uns.
Also Finger weg, es handelt sich um Betrug, sie versenden nichts oder eine minderwertige Ware. Geld ist weg und werden wir wohl auch nicht mehr erhalten.

Oplichter! Hier niks kopen!! Wij zijn voor €1500,- opgelicht. Zwembad besteld en niks ontvangen.
Aangifte gedaan bij politie.

Onderdelen besteld en betaald, na 3 weken nog niets ontvangen, na een mail werden er verkeerde onderdelen opgestuurd die niet eens compleet waren. Nadien bedrijf onbereikbaar voor mail en telefoon, er word niet gereageerd.
Na aangifte bij de politie voor oplichting, direct een onbeschofte mail in de box.
Heb tot op heden mijn geld nog niet terug.

I ordered a pool robot and 7 days later I still have not received any update regarding shipping. I reach out to them via chat and they inform me that this particular vacuum is on backorder. I requested a full refund and they claim they will process it today. I'm really frustrated that it was not disclosed to me when I ordered that this vacuum was on backorder.

ik heb hier een order willen plaatsen, echter door de feedback toch eens verder gaan kijken.
Dit bedrijf heeft al minimaal 3 verschillende namen poolrobots. Store/robotdiscounter/maairobots.
Nu dacht ik kan, echter kijk je bij de info heeft een medewerker twee verschillende namen met eenzelfde foto...?!?
Toch een beetje gek allemaal, maar gewaarschuwd telt voor twee zullen we maar zeggen.

KOOP HIER NIETS! Ik ben voor 1500 EUro opgelicht - 2 robots gekocht, 1 omgeruild ter reparatie en 1 omdat ie niet voldeed - nu heb ik niets en zou ik nog eens 200 Euro moeten betalen om die ene gerepareerd te krijgen terwijl die maar 8 maanden oud is en er 5 jaar garantie op zou zitten. En deze man blijft maar doorgaan met oplichten (Tjeerd-Jan Smit). Check alle berichten op het internet. Trap er niet in!

Horrible, no compréis nada

Eerst verkeerde levering, dan na retour in totaliteit 12 maanden aan het lijntje gehouden, en tot heden nog steeds niets ontvangen, noch terugbetaald. Zelfs (valse?) DHL bezorgingsmelding via printscreen doorgekregen hoewel er niets werd geleverd.
85 euro die ik graag zou terugzien.

Simply scam. Never shipped item u will purchase. Not sure how are they allowed to. Fake reviews everywhere. Scam alert

DO NOT BUY FROM POOLROBOTS.COM - I purchased a new Dolphin Premier from them because the price was better than Amazon. Item was eventually received and I realized it was an older model that did not suit my needs, so I requested a return authorization within a few days and eventually received one, but was told that I would have to pay shipping - I figured it was an idiot tax I had to pay for trying to save a few bucks and order from an unknown company (little did I know shipping would be over $100!) Anyway, I packed up the Robot carefully, sent it by UPS, and they received the return a few days later and I received an email marking my return complete - except it is more than a month later and THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY to my CC. They will not respond to my emails and now they have their merchandise and my money and are ghosting me. I wish I would have read the dozens of reviews below and I would have never gotten into this mess! Stay away!!

We ordered a Dolphin Cayman pool robotic cleaner on 6/9/2025. As of 6/14/2025 it has not shipped. FedEx has been waiting for the packages so the shipping labels could be applied. We want the order cancelled and request a full refund. Since it has obviously never left inventory and never been shipped there should not be a restocking fee. Ordered a Dolphin pool cleaner from PoolRobots (aka PoolBots aka PremierRobotic aka Quantum Robotic). Got a confirmation that the product was shipped. After 2 day there was no shipping updates. I emailed the seller (no response) then called... it took a while but someone finally answered and looked up my order. He said the item was on backorder. I asked why I would get an email saying it was shipped if there wasn't even a product to put in a box, he didn't know). I asked him why I would be charged for something that they didn't have to sell, he didn't know. He said they'd issue a refund but it's been 3 days and my CC company said no one has processed a refund. I tried ordering the same product from a different website but it turned out to be the same exact company using one of several other aliases... and they charged me again, and again they did not have the product in stock. I have made several other attempts to cancel the orders with both companies but they have not responded.

I ordered a dolphin pool cleaner. the order went through and then the scam started. they said there was a problem with the order. I tried to call the number, no response. I emailed no response. I spoke to a sales rep online, only to get redirected. They charged my credit card, but still I don't have any confirmation that they are sending me the unit. I will have to take action, don't know how this is going to turn out. To save 100 dollars, I should have known
better. Avoid this company.

Absolute wanprestatie – koop hier niet! Ik heb drie maanden geleden een product besteld en direct betaald, maar tot op heden niets ontvangen. Het bedrijf is compleet onbereikbaar: geen reactie op e-mails, geen contact via telefoon. Dit is ronduit schandalig en getuigt van een totaal gebrek aan klantenservice. Ik ben genoodzaakt juridische stappen te ondernemen. Koop hier NIET, tenzij je zin hebt in eindeloze frustratie en geld kwijt wilt raken!

Dit bedrijf deugt niet.
Het bestelde artikel wordt niet geleverd en het geld wordt niet terugbetaald.
Schandelijk, tegen het criminele aan.

Terugsturen beleid is mooi beschreven maar als het er op aankomt krijg je 0 op 't rekest. Het product wordt zonder pardon retour afzender gestuurd, met als reden geweigerd. Het geld is binnen en dat is blijkbaar het belangrijkste voor dit malafide bedrijf, ook ik voeg me toe aan de lange lijst van vele gedupeerden.

Very disappointing – poor quality and poor service. The quality is poor — it stopped working properly after just a few months. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and refused to respect the legal warranty conditions. Unprofessional and disappointing experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I sought advice to correct a problem two months ago and was advised "technicians" would contact me.

Still waiting.

The filter lid doesn't lock in the closed position so the
machine won't operate.

I regret not reading those reviews before doing business with this company. My experience is similar as others: robot arrived very poorly packaged, bought an "open box" but received a beat up unity, robot was working and all the return process was a nightmare. Have to open a dispute with my CC company to try to get my money back
