I’m just going through a steep learning curve in having to strip down two hot tub motors. The technical support team, Andy in particular, have been amazingly helpful in assisting me to take the pumps apart and replace the wet ends where the impellers have degraded and broken up. Further parts have been ordered for the jets after a 5 minute WhatsApp exchange. Fantastic service in this day and age. Prices and postage also excellent. Many thanks.

Recently had an issue with my Tylo steam generator. Got through to the technical team at Pool and Spa centre who quickly engaged their technical support at Tylo and returned with some suggested troubleshooting steps and spare parts. I was pleased to be able to get my unit back online thanks to their support. Sincere thanks to John.

These guys knowledge and expertise are emaculate. Just ask how ever silly the question and they got a solution to the problem. My tub is ancient but still running.

Found Pool and Spa Centre via Google search. I had an issue with my hot tub suddenly dying. Reached out to the support team for advice as to what could be wrong. They walked me through what was needed, what to do and which parts would be required. Andrew was a great help. Parts arrived in under 24 hours. Definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

just the worst people, constantly lie about everything including trying to give us a second hand bath with a broken motor having spent 10K+ on it. the guys who run it couldn't run a bath and only give it the big talk about clients they have. do yourself a favour steer clear of this crowd as you'd be better off learning how to build your own via a YouTube video. if incompetence had a business it would be this company

Ordered a pump for my Jacuzzi hot tub. Was unsure about the company as I couldn’t find much about them online. Ordered Friday, Email received in the Monday. Item came by Parcelforce within 24 hours. (Tracking number provided by them but it didn’t work) packaged very well & brand new. Lower than prices elsewhere too. Installed today too and works fine. Fantastic company and service.

I found this company when I inherited a hot tub with a house purchase.
I was assured it was a fully functional tub, but alas discovered it was semi derelict and had never even been wired up, and was no more than a fancy paddling pool.
Before demolishing it, I contacted Bubbletubs and discovered a wonderful company that gave useful advice and super technical support.
I now am the proud owner of a fully functional hot tub, bubbles too, that I now enjoy every day.
Cannot recommend these guys enough, very helpful,knowledgeable, and patient with a guy who previously knew nothing about hot tubs.

I have purchased numerous items from Pool & Spa Centre. Every time the service has been outstanding.
Kept well informed and deliveries have been prompt and well packaged. I have had to call on their technical side a couple of times ,again the service received was fantastic. I highly recommend this company and will return when I have the need to do so.

DON NOT BUY FROM HERE I was in a hurry for a hottub filter and this company offered a delivery within 24 hours if I paid extra, so j paid the extra for express 24 hour delivery, I received no further communication ir delivery times , obviously I sent numerous emails to which I had no reply until Monday afternoon when I received a parcel force tracking number which surprise surprise was invalid, I'm now chasing them for refund which isn't in my bank yet....a completezwaste of time and money and still have to outlay mire money to get my product elsewhere, also still no reply from an actual person explaining why even though I paid express delivery my products wasn't posted, furious waste of days

Very disappointed with this experience. Ordered a new pool pump on 8 April. No email acknowledgement of the order or indeed any other communication. Emailed 3 days later to check status and the company couldn’t find my order. After 4 days, and no further communication, I asked to cancel the order. Eventually it emerged that the item had been left with builders working at a neighbours house a 2 minute walk away - courier was TNT and I have lodged no alternative delivery instructions with them. Pretty much a shambles and won’t be using again.

First time I have ordered from them, a hot tub drinks tray, this was cheaper than other places. Super quick delivery, will order again. Thank you
