⭐ Very disappointing experience

I placed a large order with Polymarine and completed the payment successfully. At checkout, the website clearly stated that shipping was free, and the order went through on that basis.

Afterwards, I was contacted and told that I suddenly had to pay an additional £22 for shipping. I refused, as I would never have placed the order on those terms if the website had stated the correct shipping cost from the beginning.

The order was therefore cancelled, but to make matters worse, it took a full week to get my money refunded, even though Polymarine had already taken payment for the order.

Very disappointing customer service. If you advertise free shipping and allow a customer to complete and pay for an order, you should honour those terms – not ask for extra payment afterwards.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Polymarine based on this experience

Brilliant customer service, with speedy delivery of all products last week - thank you very much!
In the past few days I've used the 2-part vinyl adhesive and it is straightforward to use and it sticks solid.
I've used the vinyl paint as well and it is easy to use, using the instructions on the Polymarine website.
Early days on longevity of these products, but it is looking great so far.

I am unable to get my invoice on line, therefore I am unable to clear customs here in Spain.

I guess the product will come back to origin

Although the shipping costs were on the higher side to Finland, everything was packed quickly and I received the package within just two days.

Knowledgeable and helpful.

The entire process was easy and well thought out. I received my order very quickly considering it had to travel from the UK to Arizona .One thing I would recommend is that you fill the package (in this case a box) completely with bubble wrap so that items inside cannot move around. This particular box had quite a bit of room in it and it must have allowed the items to move around enough that the can of paint was damaged and leaked . The box itself was undamaged. It appears that only about a tablespoon of paint leaked from the bottom of the can where it was dented. Everything else in the package was undamaged aside from a little paint here and there.

I bought a set of Insta-Lock extended Snap davits from Polymarine… one day before the Easter weekend. Claire at customer support was brilliant and made sure I had the davits for the weekend, as I needed them in a hurry.
The Snap davits are excellent and work perfectly - superbly made and designed.
