I met Dr Tolah Alakkari the Dermatologist as was sufffering from Dermatitis being a coeliac and more proune to skin outbreaks .

She was so thorough and did lots of blood tests .
Her diagnosis was spot on and a week later my skin was perfect again after she prescribed creams.

Will certainly go to her again when needed .

I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to get an appointment the receptionist was so kind and helpful when I got in to the doctor I was checked out from head to toe she was so professional and understanding it was absolutely amazing worth every penny I would have no hesitation going back I collected my prescription in the chemist next door all done in 25 mins.thanks polly clinic everyone should know about ye.

Great service! And they have a Late Night Walkin medical centre where i didnt need an apppointment and was seen straight away

I had been straggling with my problem for years, and Dr Bugtur’s expertise and compassionate care truly made a difference. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my condition, and developed a tailored treatment plan that is already showing remarkable results.

Amazing staff and prompt services. The practice is always clean. If you don't have a GP I would definitely recommend you try them.

Amazing clinic that stands apart from others as they have so many services under the one roof. I never feel rushed and always heard. Dr. Bugtar is very professional while very attentive and empathic. I feel the staff in the clinic really take their time to build a relationship with you, to make sure you understand what is wrong and the pricesses and treatments that follow. I booked and had a phone consultation and as a result received a prescription . The receipt That was issued had prescription on it and asked nicely for it to be changed to say consultation as that is what I booked .I could then claim through my insurance .
I then received a receipt to say consultation and prescription which i can’t use . I contacted the clinic again and said that I would submit this receipt and see if it was acceptable and I may need to contact them again if it wasn’t . His response was unkind and unhelpful. I thought a dr would work with you and be helpful .. I was obviously wrong about that .

First of all clinic is unique project with the services can provide. Very beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped and sophisticated in every aspect. Doctors are very professional not rushing , listening , discussing , spotting diagnosis and share thinking and logically explained to patients using illustrations , diagrams and drawings. Unbelievable . They give a lot of time to patients .
