Amazing quality for the price. Arrived early too!

I received good service and the quality of the two couches was as advertised.

The couch itself is very nice, I love the solid frame and the cushions are firm and feel quality. The only reason for four stars is the shipping company used was atrocious. They canceled on me with less than 24 hour notice, they only delivered on Wednesdays, which was not ideal with my work, and when I reached out to poly and bark I was (paraphrasing) told ‘not our problem, deal with it’

I purchased a leather ottoman. It is absolutely gorgeous. Shipping was quick and i couldn’t be happier. Will be a repeat customer.

Great experience from start to finish and I love my new sofa. Delivery was prompt.

I love the chairs I bought. They arrived quickly and packaged very well — ensuring no damage during shipping.

The purchasing process was straight forward.
Delivery was in time. Crew was professional.
They unpacked and assembled the sofa .
Unfortunately one of the cushions has 3 deep scratches.
We filled a complaint form and immediately were contacted by Jennifer, extremely polite and patient rep. who provided couple options to remedy the problem. Our choice was to replace the casing of the cushion with new one.
We were told that the replacement will take 3-4 months.
I THINK THAT THIS IS WAY TOO LONG.

Poly and Bark has been amazing to me, especially the Director of Customer Service, Jessica. They have treated me so well as a customer.

The only issue I have had has been with the delivery company. I have had a nightmare experience in getting my couch delivered. The first delivery team damaged the beautiful wood frame on my couch and Poly and Bark didn’t even hesitate to order me a replacement. Since then the delivery company has two created issues with delivery and I still don’t actually have my replacement couch. But that is no fault of Poly and Bark. Jessica has gone above and beyond, working with me directly to ensure I have a good customer experience. She and I spoke on the phone at Greta lengths to ensure we were on the same page and team. She made sure I was able to contact her whenever I needed her and she was always swift to respond. Nothing that has gone wrong is the fault of Poly and Bark, and yet they have been the only ones in this process who have done everything in their power to make it right.

Jessica has given up part of her weekends and evenings in an effort to make sure I get the highest quality white glove delivery. There is a three hours time difference as I am in Seattle. So often Jessica has been in communication with me at 10 or 11pm her time. She made sure my replacement couch was inspected a second time and insisted on a lot of quality assurance from the delivery company.

I highly recommend Poky and Bark because honestly it’s the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever had. I got the Zyon with the extra wide chaise and it’s been the best nap spot of my life. And my cats favorite new place to cuddle.

In sum, the furniture is great quality, the customer service has been excellent and only the delivery experience has been rough, due to no fault of Poly and Bark. My experience is an outlier. If you order from them, trust that you’ll have an experience you are happy with.

This was a wonderful experience! I was worried about making such a big purchase without seeing it in person. My couch is perfect, delivery was perfect! I would highly recommend Poly & Bark to anyone looking for great quality furniture!

Ordered the beautiful leather pillows for my couch-- and they are so heavy, LARGE and really excellent craftsmanship. I wish they had even more colors for my other rooms!

The selection process was informative with pictures and all descriptions. The ordering process was very easy.
The products were packaged very tightly and neatly to avoid shipping damage.
The products themselves are just lovely in my home. Many agree with the quality and the beauty.

Overall, I love my couch; it’s very sturdy and well-made. I would definitely purchase from this company again. While I hope the third-party delivery service can improve their patience, Poly & Bark’s customer support is easily five stars.

The Poly & Bark representative was very helpful in assisting me with figuring out where and how to pick up my order, so I appreciated their support with that. However, I paid $200 for white-glove delivery and ultimately had to pick up the couch myself.

I was about 10 minutes late to the scheduled delivery, but I communicated with the driver ahead of time to let them know I would be delayed. The delivery window began at 9:30 a.m., and I texted the driver at 9:24 a.m. I also spoke with them over the phone, and they assured me they would wait. I could see that my text had been read, but I never received a response. When I arrived, they had already left, and when I tried calling them back, I discovered that my number had been blocked.

As a result, I had to drive to the warehouse and pick up the couch myself. After explaining the situation to the support representative and even offering to provide screenshots of my communication with the driver there was no offer of even a partial refund of the delivery fee, despite the fact that the delivery service I paid for was never completed. The warehouse was only about 20 minutes from my home, making it especially frustrating that I still paid the full delivery charge.

The overall experience felt very transactional, with little effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience or make things right. I would completely understand if I had been 30 or more minutes late, but that simply wasn't the case. Given the $200 delivery fee, I expected at least a small amount of flexibility, especially since I proactively communicated that I was running a few minutes behind.

In the end, I chose not to argue or continue pleading my case because I'm already in the middle of a stressful move and didn't have the energy for a prolonged dispute. That said, the lack of accountability from the delivery company and the unwillingness to offer any accommodation left me very disappointed with the overall experience.

Transaction was fast. Customer service is really good. I am sooo happy with my couch.

Chairs are beautiful, but sadly I was disappointed in the cushion quality. They feel quite hard and unforgiving. I guess this means they’ll hold up well, but for the price we paid I wish they were actually comfortable out of the box.

Couches are beautiful. Communication excellent. Delivery over and above.

I ordered the Verity Leather Lounge Chair in Olivine Green as an addition to our snug den, along with the 3-piece leather care kit.
The chair was delivered quickly, and it fits perfectly in our room. The rich wood against the dark green cushions is classic and chic.
