No shipping update on Shop app, no update by email from Pollogie themselves. It’s been over 20 days and I’ve nothing to show for my order except a receipt for £70. Shocking and I suspect a scam.

I usually do not write reviews. The only reason why I am here because Pollogie is not responding to my emails and I started googling their reviews. Turned out that the company is a trash company. Terrible service and 0 updates. I did not receive any updates on my order and the page shows that my item is getting prepared to be shipped. Please get this message out there so lesser people gets scam.

I placed my order on 9/9, as of 10/10 I haven't received any updates and needless to say, haven't received the merchandise. The email to request cancellation of my order has not been answered. It's been another 24 hrs.

This place is horrible. You have charged my card, and over 21 days later I still don't have an email confirming the order. You have basically taken my money and won't answer any requests for answers as to where my order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped. I'm at a loss here with no help. Pathetic

Just my orders taking months to deliver is my biggest concern with Pollogie.

consider this only If you are willing to wait for 1 month for atleast to get your shipping details. I have ordered one jacket, it been 18 days. Never got any information regrading my order after order is placed.

Email from Pollogie saying "Order Confirmed" dated 7/26/22. Not received as of 8/20/22. No useful information about when it will be shipped.

Don’t buy anything here they are fraud.

After receiving instructions on how to return items I didn't want, Pollogie customer service indicated I would receive an e-gift card on future purchases. When I didn't receive the card, I followed up numerous times with customer service via email and voicemail on their customer support number. After over three weeks, I've received nothing but auto-replies and no gift card (but ironically, a request to rate Pollogie's customer service).

I really like the products. High quality. Styles that provide an alternative to other cookie-cutter brands. Shipping times are a bit slow and a bit unclear upon purchase, but I wouldn't let that keep you from buying.

the mailing was a little faster whitch was good
