Ordered flash light batteries. Product came quick, worked great!

It all revolved around a Lady called Lauren in customers services. I told her about a situation I was having with one of my Police Security flashlights and she replied back with suggestions on how to correct the issue.
It did not work and I notified Lauren. She again replied almost Immediately which surprised me, she was very helpful and polite as we exchanged emails.
This lady ( Lauren ) knew (As I told her) that I had 2 Police Security lights that had been flawless and I loved the one that was not working. I asked her if she had any like the one I sent a photo of to her in the back room collecting dust.
To my surprise she emailed me back asking me for my address, I sent her that information, within 3 / 4 days I had 3 new flashlights arrive at my address.
Lauren went to the extreme to make sure I was set with new products. I can not Thank LAUREN enough.
As of today I just purchased the Skylar 3300, 1) because the product stands up to time, 2) it’s been a long time since I have received that type of customer service, 3) the cost is right in line for the type of product you get from Police Security and last but not least, Lauren.
With Lauren’s smile coming through our communications via email, I just got a feeling about Lauren, my opinion is just my own opinion, hold onto this customer service rep (Lauren) as she was not only helpful but, sincere, understanding, and just brings a smile to your face even if it was through email it still made and impact on me. Lauren is going to go far in life. Well done Lauren

I incorrectly ordered the wrong batteries for a flashlight and an employee in customer service immediately responded to my situation by mailing an address label to return the items for a refund. I was very impressed with her response time and professionalism.

I just ordered the Police Security BLACKOUT-R 1000 Lumen Rechargeable Headlamp. Since I do a lot of gig work with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Spark, often during early mornings or late nights, having reliable, hands-free lighting is a big deal for me. This headlamp is exactly what I need. The 1000-lumen brightness should make it much easier to see house numbers, navigate poorly lit apartment complexes, and stay safe while moving around in the dark. I also like that it’s rechargeable, which saves me from constantly buying batteries, definitely a plus when you’re working regularly. Another thing I’m looking forward to is the “BLACKOUT” feature, which sounds perfect for situations where I don’t want to draw too much attention but still need enough light to get the job done. Comfort is also important since I’ll be wearing it frequently, so I’m hoping it fits well and feels lightweight. Overall, I’m really optimistic about this purchase. If it performs as expected, it could make my delivery work smoother, faster, and safer. I’ll definitely update my thoughts once I’ve had a chance to use it in real-world conditions!

As soon as I did charge the flash light 100 % the very next day the energy of it was already gone, your crappy product is not good, that’s why I want to get my money back .

I like the product, but the battery went dead and wouldn’t recharge. The battery isn’t available in store, and you wouldn’t ship it to our home address in Vancouver.
