This is the second Travel Book I've ordered from Polarsteps, and I'm very impressed with the quality of the books. The support team was excellent, and Tiffany was especially professional, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend Polarsteps and will definitely order again.

Ik heb een boek besteld. Binnen 2 minuten realiseerde ik me dat de cover foto niet klopte. Het stomme is dat je geen live support hebt die nog eventueel kan inspringen waardoor je bestelling vaststaat. Het boek is vast prachtig en de app is op een paar features na erg fijn maar de klantenervaring (van het betaalde proces) is wat star. Ik kan me voorstellen dat voordat het boek wordt geproduceerd je gewoon zou moeten kunnen annuleren zonder dat de organisatie daar kosten aan overhoud. Nu heb ik een heel leuk boek met een hele stomme cover-foto.

Super blij met het Polarstepsboek van mijn reis door Denemarken en Zweden. De fotokwaliteit is top en het boek voelt heel luxe aan. Een geweldige herinnering!

I built my book after my trip and it's great. I wish I would have known about this before hand and used it while I was traveling, I bet that would have been even better.

It's a very nice app to track a trip. Step after step, with photos and short videos. And you can print it all in the end, and they will send you a beautiful photobook! Really great app.

now you have to accept the photo's just as you posted them on polarsteps

The book was delivered before the sheduled date and I find the rendering of the photos remarkable.
The presentation is also very neat.

Tolle Qualität, im Gegensatz zu sonst quasi kaum Arbeitszeit reinstecken müssen.
Ich konnte flexibel ein paar Bilder ändern, ohne großen Aufwand.
Toll! Nach so einer wunderschönen Reise habe ich noch nie so schnell ein so schönes Fotobuch in den Händen gehalten.
Einzig schön wäre es, wenn man eine Hochkantversion einstellen könnte, anstatt Quer.

A high quality book that makes a wonderful memory of this trip

It is a great app to track journeys and to share with friends. The book is easy to order and of great quality. Woud love to see more edition tools for the book

Het laatste bestelde boek (in juni) was van een familietrip naar Florida in april 2026. We hebben nu 13 boeken in totaal. Helaas is de resolutie van dit boek vaak slecht en het lijkt wel of er een waas/mist over de foto’s hangt. Maw niet echt helder. Vraag me af wat we fout hebben gedaan. De andere boeken zijn van betere kwaliteit. Of hebben jullie nu een andere drukker?

Erg handig om tijdens je reis mensen mee te laten genieten van je vakantie trip. In de avond schrijf je iets en voegt foto's toe. Bij thuiskomst kijk je even of het naar je zin is eventueel pas je het aan en laat je je boek afdrukken. Mooie kwaliteit aan foto's en je bent geen uren bezig om een album te maken. Nu al 2 boeken in huis en de 3e volgt na de zomer.
