An unexpected but enjoyable and engaging experience. From start to finish the process was incredibly efficient and professional. I got the opportunity to review the design and content of a website. I felt my comments were taken on board and valued. Great interviewer - very professional and skilled.

The experience was pleasant and efficiently run. The questions were interesting and the other panelists were fascinating.

It was strange for me to recieved this kind of request. However it has been really interesting and people involved were really nice. I hope my experience and opinion can help this project.

Writing review as participant and cannot fault the team, although there were hiccups in the comms.
All the process was smooth and no complications. You have to complete a survey to ensure you fit the criteria for the study and after that I got a phonecall to confirm that I matched the requirements and book a slot.
Received the NDA to sign and plenty of reminders, however, the instructions to join the videocall system weren't sent (not a platform I had come across before) so I couldn't get on.
Emailed the team who promptly reply, although that didn't work either. So finally got a call from the client who sent me a different link to join.
Interview was conducted in a professional manner, although I ran over which on this occasion was fine as didn't have any other commitments straight after but wasn't my fault I couldn't join on time. I didn't mind so note for future that other people might mind.
Incentive was paid fast and without any issues.

I have been helping Polar Insights with reviews on and off for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy the experience every time.

They send you a short survey to complete to ensure you're a good fit for the questions (beneficial for both parties as you won't enjoy it if you don't have knowledge in the area and you don't want to be lying when they're trying to conduct market research.)

Whilst their rewards are fair in terms of the vouchers they send after, I view it as a knowledge sharing exercise and am always happy to help share my experience where I can.

It's an easy process to follow, they have plenty of times to work around your schedule and if you don't know an answer, you just move on.

Very intelligent and professional team extremely able to do solid business studies and research for their customers.

On the content however, i was not asked on my idea on carbon dioxide loading, sources and ideas to control it which is the gist of the research, I guess?

The process is really straightforward, easy to understand and an enjoyable experience. The interviews were well prepared, really curious how this will result in possible software solutions for customers.

I had a positive experience. Communication was good, the interview was straightforward, and the compensation came quickly.

I was suspicious at first, but this turned out to be a nice, easy experience. Once I had been selected for the particular study, I was able to choose a one-on-one video interview at a time/date that suited me. The interview took about 45 minutes and I was able to answer the questions without feeling pressured to provide job/company-specific detail.
Payment came through the very next day in the form of a voucher I could use at a large number of retailers.

Everything went great with the survey. Instructions were clear and easy to sign up. The interview itself was enjoyable and questions and follows made the conversation flow nicely.
