Great service

I was ordering as a Christmas present for my son and contacted to make sure the packaging wouldn't give it away. Received very helpful comment and then my order arrived very quickly. I ordered a mystery box (which i havent opened) and a couple of cards but as I know nothing about pokemon, I don't know how good it is. I'm sure it's brilliant, judging by all the great comments and reviews and I'm certain my son will be very happy.

The idea of the mystery box is great…

The idea of the mystery box is great but outside of the request i put in which was in part provided lacks the depth i required i believe it should be card focused i have no need for a pokeball teddy and it shoud be an option to either remove or add accessories going forward having paid £500 i feel i didnt get value for money and feel a tad short changed but cant fault the packaging and the service so is a mixed review on my part

Cancelled my Preorder

I preordered a couple boxes many months ago and money had been taken from my account and on hold since.

They originally experienced delivery delays which I accepted, they reduced my order from 2 boxes to 1 which I replied to say I was okay with. They then canceled my order with no apology or justification. Altogether a terrible experience.

Sorry that you had a bad experience with the fulfillment of the prismatic surprise box. We had originally been allocated a lot more than we ended up getting.

We did first have a limit of 2 per customer; however, we then had to correct this to 1 per customer once we were told about our allocation cut. As we were selling the product at RRP and not the inflated price, this then took orders for 2 below the £30 free shipping threshold. Due to this, we needed confirmation from customers that they were happy for us to either add a £2.99 shipping fee or take another item to make the order back up to £30.

We understand that you had sent a reply confirming that you would be happy with paying the extra shipping; however, we never actually received this, as we showed in the email trail. As we were under the impression you hadn't replied, we sent a follow-up email asking you to confirm what you would like to do, or we would cancel your order after 24 hours.

As you then did not reply to that email after 24 hours, we cancelled your order for the box and sent a full refund. We wish we could have fulfilled the order for you, but sadly we were put in this position due to low allocations on this line and then a technical issue causing us to never receive 1 of your emails.
