I had to ship my beloved electric bike from UK to Italy, and the service was impeccable. Communication with Lisa was smooth and easy, the delivery was very quick and the driver was so kind to help me unload the bike. Cannot recommend this service enough, and I will use it again when in need.

Wir hatte 2 E-Bikes von Norddeutschland nach Auxonne in Frankreich zu transportieren. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Die Räder wurden pünktlich abgeholt und gesichert transportiert. Bei der Auslieferung war der Fahrer sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Wir würden immer wieder mit PointPicker transportieren und können den Service uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I had some misc stuff (bike and moving boxes, etc) to be transported to Stockholm from Copenhagen.
From the delivery offer, the admin staff were very attentive and quick.
The driver came on time, was superpolite and helpful and the delivery was flawless within the timeline stated. So very satisfied with the service.

Excellent communication and execution of the job taking a piano from Germany to the Uk. Only reason for one star less is because it was one person only and the company knew there is only one person from us to help at pickup which was not enough. I had communicated my concerns clearly and including details of the stairs involved but they went ahead anyway with just one person.

Everything worked out very well. They organized everything and delivered quickly and were very friendly! I can highly recommend!

Had to ship 2 larger items from Netherlands to Portugal and this was by far the best experience ever. Collected on Sept 27th and delivered Oct 3rd.
Communication from Lisa and Edgars very clear and timely, answers within 20 minutes on any questions. Both collection and delivery exactly at communicated time.
