Survey Anyplace has been wonderful experience for us. They have helped us figure out how to build our assessment from the ground up. Very responsive customer service - even from on the other side of the globe (we are in Michigan). :)

Generally, Survey Anyplace is really easy to use, and I really appreciate how it prepares the data and presents the summary of results. There are some additional question formats that would be nice, like a matrix for rating. And the sectioning of questions has caused some confusion but easy enough to learn from.

We were looking for the best platform to carry out an inbound prospect survey and, to be honest, this was the only tool that had the capabilities we needed. It's pretty easy to set up and does everything we need.

Great tool for customer surveys. We use SurveyAnyplace for our yearly customer survey. The setup of the survey is done in max 1 hour. Once the survey is done, it has some great reporting functionalities. the final report can is delivered in PDF or CSV.
It's also a great tool if you don't need a survey tool whole year long. You can activate and de-activate at any time at no cost. Other tools oblige you to take a yearly subscription.

Had a fantastic experience with the tool, people and Enterprise plan services of Survey Anyplace. In less than 3 hours of discovering this tool through online search, I was on a call with Vincent from their team and he had set up a trial account for me. And , we were in different time zones :). The interface is so neat and self explanatory, that I was able to set up my survey in about 2-3 hours end to end with excellent help from the self-help resources on their website. Some advanced queries were cleared by Seppe and Vincent on call. End to end, we rolled out this initiative for approx. 3000 users and we had a seamless user experience. The team is extremely supportive and I look forward to using their services consistently.

Very flexible survey which we have used extensively with good success. Their service and willingness to help solve challenges is though what really sets them apart.

We have used Survey Any Place since March. The platform has been amazing for our business and our main way of generating leads. I firmly believe that this has been responsible for the huge growth we have seen this year as well as our other marketing activities. It is slick and looks professional...which is great if you are a start up company and don't have the expertise/resources to try and design something like this yourself!

Support is also available whether it is a small question or a bigger query with quick response times (under half an hour some of the time!). Seppe, Vincent and Mark have all been amazing.

I have had a mixed experience with SurveyAnyplace and have made a lot of suggestions in my direct feedback but - on the positive side it was ultimately able to do what I wanted it to do with quite a lot of help from the team (the help when it came was really useful but I felt as if I had to fight for it at times.

We needed a simple lead generation tool. We were able to create a survey that operated as a digital workbook, with output on the screen. It was just the right amount of content (and feedback) to give prospects a valuable experience, but give them a reason to reach out to us.

Great software to build good looking surveys with complex structures. Also good connections and integrations to link to your other tools. Reports are very easy to get and are clearly arranged.
Everything could be a bit more intuitive but still quite easy to use.

The only tool I've found that had the assessment/reporting capability that I needed! My team was looking to create an assessment that gave participants a report of the results of their assessment and SurveyAnyplace had all of the capabilities we needed. It has a lot of complex functions but also is pretty intuitive from a UX perspective. The team is also very responsive whenever I need help.

Great experience! It's very easy to use with a range of options. This platform is user friendly and worked perfectly for what I needed. The customer service team is extremely accommodating and helpful. I love the chat feature that's available when building your survey. This is my new go to site for surveys.
