Currently, my experience is poor. I paid £10 for a months subscription. I posted 1 message (1 question chat), it cost me 2800 points!? I have 10000 per month it seems. Anyway, posted another question based on the response and poe said "need more points". This does look like a scam, given 2 questions in. Be wary.. I will unsubscribe from here on in.

I am really loving Poe,
It has a large number of models and offers the main features of most of them.
For this price, it is worth the experience!

This so called Poe was supposed to be helpful while the questions it answers get wrong itself. Doesn't even know that China actually started making tea first. Really disappointed.

Im starting to believe this is a fraudulent company y. I’m having in to fight for a refund because of constant bugs on their app every time I give their app a try. They have supplied certain amount of points within a month and for each day even though the bot points are very expensive for the minimal functions they do. On top of that the bots at times fail to process a response due to a glitch and I STILL lose points. I keep a screen recording and a screenshot of this and reported to them but never received a response. On top of that they are refusing to give a refund even though I’m within my consumer right and have evidence and within timeframe to be eligible for one. Im now having to work with Apple to get my money back. Im never giving them a try again.

For more than a year now, I've been working for poe.com making chatbots. I'm not receiving money for all chats that users have with my chatbots. I'm unable to check if users really subscribed and which subscription they took. I just get a subscription pay and that's it, when the total amount must be higher based on my own advertising statistics. Following my own advertising statistics there must be more than 27000 users, and now even more, who at least clicked on my chatbot links over the whole year that this monetization has been going on. There is shown too little interaction on poe.com and it doesn't make any sense. It looks like you all think that we are fools and you take our extremely hard work for granted. This is slavery and severe exploiting of already poor and vulnerable people.

Don't waste your money on the poe.com website. They have imposed extremely harsh restrictions, and even when you ask a perfectly legitimate and very normal questions, you may get the ridiculous response: "I'm sorry, I can't assist with that." This service is completely unreliable and frustrating!
You are ridiculous clowns !

Poe is a good idea but.

1. Chatgpt 4 on openai and on Poe differ by an order of magnitude, which does not make it universal.
2. Several emails have been sent to improve it, but there is no response, except for template emails that don't carry any meaning.
3. Uncomfortable usability and interface, especially for those who are used to Openai.
4. Gemini works with glitches that are not fixed.
5. I often get answers in markdown.
6. Bot replies often don't fit and you have to make a new prompt to continue the reply. I can't use 128 or more every time. It is extremely inconvenient. Why can not do as in Openai, if the answer is large, then automatically increases and more tokens.

Conclusion:
3 months of testing different AI models and I'm going back to Openai.

My problem with this site is how misleading they are with how many credits, ergo messages, you actually have at any given moment. It says you may have 100 messages for a 24 hour period, and after a few queries, less than 10, you can find yourself out of messages until the next day. If I look at my details and it says I have 95 comments left, then after two more I have run out of comments for the day, to me that translates as bullsh*t. This is the last time I am going to deal with it and I will find some other site.

Even worse than character ai. the bots on here are stupider than character ai's. not to mention the soulless ai always doesn't generate things because its "too strict". The bots cannot understand things correctly and as usual forget things like it has dementia. i having a conversation and i send a message and it says "The AI has a problem generating a response"
then i have to delete the message and talk about something else so the soulless Ai doesn't get an error again. I'm considering deleting my account on Poe because this service is trashier than a trash bag.
I really looked forward to this service, but it didn't meet my expectations and was worse than C.AI. never using any AI-trashbots website again. Not helpful.

Can share a URI to a chat, use multiple bots in the same chat, and the GUI is great. My sole gripe is that there's no bridge to Matrix.

Terrible, constantly glitching and freezing even with barely usage, but evidence of this to report to rightfully get my money back, but refused. Demanding £20 for an app filled with bugs. Way more downside than streaming services or any other service.

There will never be an update worse than the "Compute Points".

So guys, either take the app offline or finally get rid of these damn "compute points", nobody needs or wants that! AND ALSO STOP BUYING POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT DESERVED!!!!!!

*The “compute points” are supposedly there "for communicating with the bots", which is complete nonsense. They are also supposed "to offer the user a better overview", even nonsense. Before the update it worked better, and even without any problems. This is probably just a matter of the developers showing their arrogance and intentionally wanting to destroy the user experience. And that's to get more and more unjustified money.

I have to stress POE (which is a Romanian Food Distribution Warehouse) is the name of the company I was taken to via, government registered vat number search and google map provided the address location details.

I have attempted to phone and email this operation without success. So the biggest criticism for POE is there unprofessionalism

I Placed an order for a power washer with APPLIANCES-STAR, (whom I’ve just discovered apparently dissolved trading a good number of years ago)

Eventually I eventually discovered a confirmation order number, but it was secreted in my junk emails.

After being concerned I looked up for customer support on their web page, but phone number does not ring, it just shuts down.
I then pursued 3 EMails, with no reply to-date.

On Appliance Star web page it provides an address, company name and vat number
On entering the appropriate number on Government web site.

It confirmed the same address

but the company name is POE

A google map search, confirmed the address exists but POE are a Romanian Food Distribution Warehouse, not a power wash sales centre.
Neither phone number or email addresses are responded to.
Just highlighting the issues you may encounter, by selecting automatic input of personal details, when attempting to order something.

In my case as quickly as I selected auto enter, the order was confirmed, but no details could be retracted or confirmed.

BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS - to date no monies have been taken from my account
I have alerted my bank, who suggest allowing 14 days to pass - just in case it is a bonafide operation - I am given to understand VISA CARDS have fraudulent protection status.

It responds quite well than other AI bots I've used. Quite impressed

I like this App and the wide choice of AI bots available. Some are working better than others, but overall it is a pretty good and useful app.
