Bought an unlined coat for my dog. I narrowed it down to a choice of two. Podgy paws provided advice on sizing fit and features of the coats which were not obvious from the product pictures and descriptions. I received the coat within a few days of placing the order and it fits the dog well. Great service.

So far so good with my 12 week Cavapoo. She got the hang of me putting her in it straight away (with the help of her favourite treats). Once in she loved going out and about. I did a 10 minute walk to start but will increase as she gets accustomed. I think I could do with a booster as she’s sitting quite low. Only additional thought is a chest strap for the wearer would be good but all in all, well made, value for money and excellent ordering and delivery service 👍

Visited the shop in person rather than online. The shop is great with loads of choice they also have some fab pet items that you wouldn’t find in most pet shops! Pricing was very reasonable and they also had a little sale on as well. My only issue was the staff were very unwelcoming we felt like we were imposing. They avoided giving ours or any of the other dogs in the shop a treat or a fuss and the only time we were spoken to was to tell us that one of the items we’d picked up was non refundable, the same woman served us behind the counter was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. By the sound of the other reviews we must’ve just visited on the wrong day but unfortunately won’t be rushing to go back anytime soon.

I ordered a gorgeous harness for my dog which ended up being a bit too small.
I contacted Podgy Paws via email who responded straight away and upon me returning the harness back to them, a replacement was sent out immediately so I only waited a few days for another!
I love the colour of the harness, it fits lovely and my pup looks super handsome!

Our border collie has been diagnosed with an auto immune problem affecting her eyes. As we have to closely monitor UV Levels these goggles are a must when the levels are higher during Spring and Summer and her eyes require protection. After searching we found Rexel and Podgy Paws Pet Shop.
Fortunately being diagnosed before Xmas has given us the time to find the goggles and train her to wear them ready for Spring. They are such a good fit and she seems quite happy to wear them so we are so glad to have found Podgy Paws. Their excellent service has made a difficult time for us so much easier than it could have been. Thanks

Easy to order came when it said it would. The suit really works by keeping the mud off and only his feet need a brief hose off!

Loop prefers the suit going on ( a little difficult) than hosing down after his walk.!
