The first one I ordered did fit I needed a bigger size I sent a email and no problem they told me to send back and when they received it they sent me the next size and it was all done in a week fantastic and thank you

We visited Keswick today. We took a look around Pudgy Paws the Pet shop. I have a Cavi called Harvey. Harvey and I was made to feel welcome . I didnt know really what I wanted , but with care, guidance , expertise and time, not to mention calm aproach towards my Cavi . He had a fantastic time.

I just purchased K9 SPORT SACK DOG BACKPACK CARRIER | AIR 2 and love it! Easy to use and so handy when my Rosie who is 14 gets tired on our beach walk. She goes in the sack easily and enjoys the ride!!

Quick delivery , beautifully packaged. The harness is perfect my dog , he sat around in it for an hour before his walk , don’t think he realised it was on.

Brilliant pet shop has a huge range of items, we only visit Keswick once a year and if we need anything we wait to visit this pet shop it’s that good. The staff are fantastic, Ellie looked after us on our recent visit making sure we chose the right harness measuring our dog to make sure the fit was right. She was very confident with our dog and he loved her especially when he realised she had treats in her pocket (we also bought some of these because he loved them)

Ordered a K9 Sport Sack early Monday. It was with me by Tuesday morning. So quick and we’re really pleased!

The best range of Rex Specs i have found in the UK. Every other shop only tends to stock black. My dog has Pannus so she has to have the UV protection rex specs offers. We got the basic black of the V1 as I couldn't find the other colours any where else. I decided it was time for a new pair and wanted a colour this time for the V2's. ONLY place I could find a good range of the other colours. Excellent customers service as well and quick shipping.

It’s hard to rate my experience as I have not received my parcel yet. I think it may arrive tomorrow. I do wish the postage was faster. Maybe it is slow because of Easter.
So far you have been helpful when I have needed to contact you. I cannot give a mark for the product until I receive it.
I am disappointed that I missed out on the Easter sale as I could have bought the rucksack at a cheaper price . I have bought an excellent quality rucksack in the past and it only cost me £45 so £90 for a rucksack from your website is very steep in my opinion. I just wish I had the Easter sale price instead as I’m on a limited budget.

When I bought the dog back pack I then realised that I needed the booster, so ordered this separately which meant paying for the postage twice. Without even asking the company realised what I had done and refunded me one set of the postage and put my order together! Great attention to detail on their part!
