We had several orders that took more than 48 hours to fulfil. Customer service always promises that the order will be fulfilled and shipped the next day you contact them, and this doesn't happen. One of my last orders had been in production for 3 days, and 5 days had passed since its creation, while another was still awaiting processing after 24 hours. I like your cases, but not your service.

I am running a POD business and was looking for new products to upsell alongside my t-shirts and apparel category. I found that phone cases could be a good idea, which is how I landed on this company's homepage. I ordered some samples and now continue selling them on my Etsy and Shopify accounts. I'd say these are the best quality phone cases on the market (at least in the EU). I haven’t tried US-based companies since my market is mainly in Europe. The fulfillment and shipping are really fast compared to other companies I’ve tried.

Did not take long to work out how to use Podbase. Easy to upload and place designs on products and simply to set up and download to Etsy. Also quick and simple to get answers to tech questions. This is fast becoming my go to POD product provider
