Love this product but hate that when you twist the applicator for more balm to come out, you cannot twist it back down. I think this results in a lot of wastage..

The applicator damages the product. This is the second one I’ve had and it’s messy and the lid takes some of the product with it each time. Love the colour and the texture but the applicator is frustrating
