I’m having exactly the same experience as everyone else here. Bought two balls, one snapped within the day and no replies from multiple contacts to the support email. Don’t trust this company!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would as they have completely failed to offer any form or customer service. I requested to cancel my order within 24hrs of placing which went completely unanswered despite sending repeated follow emails via email and Instagram. Due to the lack of response I gave the gift as a Christmas present and within less than 10 minutes the product broke. I reported this via email and Instagram messenger and still waiting a response nearly 10 days on despite sending following up emails.

Avoid!

I bought a Pockyball for my Grandson for Christmas and the clip fell apart on the first use, I’ve contacted the company on numerous occasions by email, can’t find a phone number, but have had no response at all… Reading the comments on the reviews it seems that it’s been the same experience for a lot of people… very disappointing, they’ve taken our money and supplied faulty goods and don’t want to even apologise for the diabolical service … will not recommend this company at all!!!!

I gave a pockyball to my grandson for Christmas. He used it twice and then the string got stuck. It wouldn’t unwind or rewind. I emailed the company twice and I have not had a reply.
Grandson was very disappointed, so was I. I have been trying to encourage small businesses. This experience has put me off doing that again.

Bought 3 balls, 2 for my children for Christmas. Both of my children's have broken after a week with the retractable mechanism failing. No response to email. Very disappointed. Great concept, poor manufacturing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Mechanism doesn’t work so the ball always retracts. No response from company and reading the reviews we are unlikely to receive a response. I will now report this to trading standards as should everyone experiencing difficulties.

String would not retract after 10 mins play. Now broken/ useless Bought two of these for my football mad daughter for Xmas. She’s gutted. No contact from customer service team. Scam - no contact. Have reported the site.

My daughter received this as a present on the 27th December. Within 10 minutes of playing with it the following day, it became knotted and the recall button stopped working.
Contact made with the company, and lo and behold, no contact. Save your money, poor product, poor customer service, in fact, no customer service.

Bought 2. Different users. Both broke within hours.

I ordered two of these for my twins. Within five minutes (literally!) of them being opened and played with on Christmas Day both broke and are beyond repair. I emailed Pockyball but had no response yet they continue to send me emails asking me to rate their service!

Same story as many it seems. Broke within 5 mins, now won't retract. Can only contact via email and am getting no response.
Very disappointing.

I ordered one of these on the 4th of December. Haven't received the order but tracking says it was delivered. No response to my email either.

Lesson learned, don't buy from instagram.

This product is very poorly made. I bought two and they both broke within 1 minute of using. The button gets trapped and won’t release. DO NOT BUY!

I bought my 3 children one each for Christmas and they already have all broke! Same issue it seems, the release button is stuck - disappointing for the price, really bad quality product.

No reply. The ball broke within 5 mins of my son using it (Santa present). Have mailed a few days ago and yet again now. Ridiculous/poor item and customer service. AVOID

Turned up after xmas - broke before NY.
Of the two I purchased for the kids, one broke within about 45sec. The button won't release the cord anymore.
I've had ski-pass holders that would do a better job than this. Badly made. I should've avoided but fell for decent marketing.

Utter crap balls broke 2 for my kids and 1 for my nephew - won’t answer emails yet asked me to do a review on here for a free ball!!

Ordered beginning of December, haven’t received my items which now say with tracking that they have been delivered, which they have not.
No communication from Pocky ball other than sending spam all the time and £40 out of pocket.

Order didn’t arrive (three balls!), customer services won’t even reply to my emails. Terrible service! Avoid.

Great fun toy but terrible quality. Broke almost immediately. We managed to fix it and got 2 days use out of it before it broke again. A shame given its promise and high price. My son loved it but sadly the dreadful build quality let it down. Do not buy
