i order pockt XL which was a mistake. it doesnt stay closed & every time i open it pills fall everywhere. when i contacted them to replace it with a pockt Pro as the compartments lock beyter (i offered to pay the difference of course) they refused. they said they do not offer refunds, only replacements. by the time i replied to them they had already sent off my replacement. so now i have two unusable boxes. they are refusing to refund me despite that being very much ILLEGAL under the consumer rights act 2015. they are now ignoring my emails lol.

My original, small Pockt is ok so I thought I’d order the one with the larger compartments as a gift for a friend. The compartments on the larger model collapse inwards when you try to click them shut. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement - exactly the same fault. I asked for a refund and provided video proof, and was told I’d need to ship the product back to Australia at my own expense to be eligible. The postage is too expensive, so now I’m stuck with two useless items. Awful.

This ‘company’ is not prepared to exchange or refund faulty products (x 2).

I bought through Instagram advertising and I’m dismayed to see exactly the same product on Amazon significantly cheaper

Do not order. A scam of a company. Said they ship in 1-3 days. Still waiting a month on. Will call my credit card company today.

Woeful service. I asked a simple question about whether they used Australia Post to deliver. The reason I asked was so I could determine whether to use a parcel locker address when placing an order. The response I received was ‘Can we have your order number so that we can track it down?’. Perhaps read the question first before answering?! Anyway, I replied to reiterate my question but didn’t get a response. They lost a sale as I have since gone elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered beginning of June, never delivered. Company insisted item had been delivered and would not accept my insistence it had not. I’d waited three months and was fed up and asked for a refund. Company refused, showing me evidence item had been delivered. I asked for the evidence, they provided a photo of where it had been delivered (which was not my address). I proved it was not my address with photos of my house and the photos off google earth, asked once more for a refund. They refused and insisted they’d posted another. Four months on and item still not here, company absolutely swerve all requests for a refund. They are basically crooks. Do not order from these utter wasters, no customer service, no intention of providing what you order. My own fault for ordering from a stupid advert on instagram. Never again.

Beställde ett paket på en Pockt XL + gratis Pockt Original via en kampanj. Fick hem endast XL som kändes otroligt flimsig och instabil i plasten. Fick dessutom ont i fingrarna av att öppna locken.
Skickade tillbaka och har efter många om och men nu fått tillbaka pengarna. Det hela tog över en månad från beställning.

"Returen" ska dessutom göras till Australien, men på paketet som kom till mig hade kinesiska tecken. Man får betala returfrakt själv.

Placed order on 13th Aug. Still nothing received so contacted them
Got 2 replies - 1 saying items were unavailable then a few hours later saying they were dispatched. Still no goods and no reply from customer service.

Terrible customer service, I have emailed them continuously about not receiving my order and keep getting “we are investigating” responses with no real updates.

I have now asked for a refund but based on other reviews I’m sceptical I will get my money back!

I naively saw these advertised on Instagram and thought what a great idea and bought two for £20 ("reduced" from £42). They arrived two weeks later, unbranded and not the colour I ordered.
Low and behold, my dumb self could have ordered four of the exact same type from Amazon for £8, arriving with 24h.

I was a little concerned when I saw some recent trustpilot reviews after I placed my order but my items arrived sooner than expected. Very happy with the quality of products and couldn't recommend them more highly. Definitely not a scam!

Never got the product because it was shipped to the wrong address (I gave the correct one). They said they would reship but stopped replying and never got my order or my money back. Avoid at all costs!!

They deserve zero stars. If they aren't a scam, they are VERY close to it! Long story short, my order couldn't get delivered because the courier "got confused". The package then got automatically returned to them (my tracking confirmed this). Put in a claim on PayPal for a refund (luckily I paid with PayPal!). They dragged their heals. Said they wouldn't give me a refund because "it still costs them money when things get shipped back to them". Which I think they can afford honestly, considering the exorbitant profit they sell these things for. Escalated my case and PayPal got me a refund. DO NOT give this company any of your money.

I think this company is a scam. I paid for two items and they never arrived. I have tried contacting the company 7 times - they were responsive to begin with saying that the parcel had been delivered, but have stopped replying to my emails. They have no number to call, only email. I would avoid purchasing from this company. They also operate using three seperate emails. It's weird.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely a scam of a company! They say they are Australian however it is just drop shipping from China! You don’t even get the labels you have to print yourself! The problem is nothing is upfront & honest eg pay extra to go to front of queue this does not mean faster shipping which is what it alludes too - it’s just a money grab! When you contact customer service about slow turn around they just fob you off with garbage about reducing Co2 emissions! They take zero ownership over their lack of transparency & misleading narrative!

The marketing sucks you in. It’s a drop shipped product that they are making an extortionate amount of profit on. After waiting 2 weeks for the product to even be shipped from CHINA (still not received it) I had a look around the website. Extremely vague and deceiving, information that’s important is hidden in the footer (shipping, returns, etc) and doesn’t provide the bare minimum information. It doesn’t state where they’re located, doesn’t state where it ships from, doesn’t state shipping times or companies used, the list goes on. The only thing they have anything to do with the product itself is customer service (Maybe? Unless they outsource that too) and marketing. Contacted to cancel as it hadn’t been sent out and it was only then I received a shipping update, and so “oops, too late!”

Company boasts being 100% Australian owned, but fails to share that they are shipping the item directly from China.

No contact number for support, only email. After complaining about the delay, I receive some generic response about how they ship direct from the manufacturer to save in carbon emissions.

These pill boxes literally costs $2 and below on platforms like Amazon, Shopee and Lazada. Nothing special or different about it, and they make you print the labels yourself. The boxes are of bad quality, scratched and with loose lids. If you go to their website, you’d see reviews showing that their label comes off easily too. Mind blowing that they charge a 10-13x profit on each box. 2 boxes would only costs $4 elsewhere but my boyfriend paid $38 on this website. ‘To reduce carbon footprint’ by drop shipping directly from China when it is wrapped in plastic and not made from recycled materials is an excuse when the obvious reason they drop ship is for maximum profit.

Update: Wished I used TikTok more, then I would have known that this product is just a copy of ‘Pocket Pharmacy’ that went viral awhile back. And there’re so many DIY videos online. All you need is any pill box and word doc to resize the labels. They also don’t provide return postage for their 30 day money back guarantee, so that’s how they put customers off from getting a refund. But I’d rather lose $10 on postage, because even after spending on return shipping and buying the exact same 2 pill boxes on Amazon ($10 + $4), I’d still be saving $24.

If these boxes were $10 each, I wouldn’t bother with a refund or review. But to charge a whopping $26 for 1 box is just ridiculous, especially when no expense is put into the quality or packaging of the product. At least print the labels as stickers if you want to charge such an absurd premium. Or find a manufacturer that can ensure that all the lids on the box are equally tight lol. I couldn’t have been more shocked when I saw how the parcel looked when it arrived and how flimsy the pill boxes felt.

I guess they’re used to customers writing in and being disappointed with their product because there was no acknowledgement about it or apology from them.

My biggest lesson here would be to not send my boyfriend anymore advertisements that I see online :’)

Really love my pockt pal & xl, there were some delays with production of the xl (as they had to remake some apparently as some were faulty) but worth the wait.

I was concerned as the product was shipping from china, but customer service did explain how they do this to actually reduce their carbon footprint (which i love)

anyway I don't have anything bad to say but just my experience
