I'm afraid we have been struggling with COVID and the implications this brings, with warehouse closures and staff sickness.
I am hoping that on Tuesday we will be ready and up to date with all the returns and your order will be processed.
We will have our full compliment of staff and we will be up to date come Tuesday evening.
I am afraid we can only raise the refund when the goods have been inspected and authorized, while these issues have been on going we have not been able to keep up to date with the returns.

I love the pink color
I love the pink color. I ordered a size 37 (US 6). I’d say they easily run a half size large, so not sure how much they will get worn. I typically don’t wear socks but I’d have to with these in order for them to fit well enough to wear.

We regularly try and source new materials although during the last 20-24 months this has become more of a challenge as the normal routes we would normally use to source have all been closed.
Whilst the continual sourcing of new innovative materials is important to us the ethical approach is crucial and we will continue to forge ahead in these areas with the business, maintaining comfort, affordability and where we are able to leaving a legacy.

Best Company I've Purchased From in a Long Time!
I could not be more satisfied with my purchase from Po-Zu! My purchase came very fast; since this shop is in the UK, I expected them to take about a month to get to the US but they came about a week after they had shipped! I bought the Opal boots as an alternative to Doc Marten's since Docs have changed the materials used in their boots, yet they are still the same price. I figured I could spend about the same and get boots from a smaller, more sustainable brand. I love these boots so much. They are so comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I was not expecting anything extra, but after I placed my order, I received an email from Po-Zu saying that I would also receive a complimentary pair of their slippers, and I am IN LOVE with these slippers. They keep my feet warm but not too hot, and they have a lot of structure so they don't feel like just really thick socks. I love the slippers a lot, and I will absolutely recommend Po-Zu to everyone! Thank you!

We always share the reviews with the relevant departments, so i will ensure that the warehouse, our small but fully committed customer service team and our design team are all included on your review.
The Opal boots have been a real success this season and we are already out of the key sizes.
We try and make a difference in what we do, as well as what materials and suppliers we work with, the ethical approach for us is vital as are the materials we source and use in the manufacturing process.
The slippers like the boots were brand new for this AW season, and despite both the boots and the slippers being delayed and arriving much later than scheduled earlier this year, the sales on the slippers have been good, especially across the Women's colours / sizes.
I am really pleased that your order arrived faster than you expected as we have really had our issues with the warehouse, staffing and our couriers, which in the main has all been down to COVID. We had to close the warehouse for 10 days and ensure 4 out of our 5 members of staff within the warehouse were at home self isolating and recuperating.
Delighted to say that all four employees are safe and well, and back to work.

My first purchase with the brand
My first purchase with the brand, wasn’t a good experience whatsoever. I tried making a conscious purchase in regards of the fabric/material and support the brand. I reside far away from Europe, the duty fees are high. I wish somebody informed me about it because the fees, almost double up the price of the purchase. Also, they sent me the tried on shoe (R foot) I can tell by the worn out material difference between one shoe and the other, the stitches seems better done on the left foot shoe and the leather colour is slightly different from one shoe to the other. I would of like to continue supporting , specially in this difficult times. Unfortunately won’t be my case.

Sorry to hear of your issues, i am afraid that shipping from country to country will always incur import duties and in some cases VAT, depending on the value of the goods, having said this we ship allot of shoes from the UK to the USA and Canada with very little issue, so i am disappointed about your experience here.
This is certainly not our intention and we do have a statement on our site outlining international shipments and imports maybe liable to additional local / domestic tariffs.
Please e mail me copies of the paperwork you have in relation to the additional funds you have paid out and i will refund without delay.

In relation to the boots themselves i am amazed given the quality of the supplier and the materials we use.
Please can you kindly send me an image so i can have a look at the difference in the leather used on this specific boot. I am not 100% sure if you are stating that the right foot had previously been worn, again this from my perspective is NOT the case and we never re send returns back out to our customers-never.
Once i receive the images of the boots and the paperwork etc i can happily help and if need be we will re send you another pair of the same boots across, without delay.
The intentions and goals of this business is to try where we can to ensure all our customers are happy with their goods and our service, apologies from myself personally if you believe we have not achieved these goals.

A grand pair of boots
A grand pair of boots. I ordered a pair of the Zim boots for the winter months. They have been keeping my feet warm and really look the part. Very happy and knowing that they are ethical makes them even better. It is early days but I will say they are comfortable, sturdy and have helped me get a compliment so all in very happy.

VIM Gray is a good shoe
VIM Gray is a good shoe, even in freezing temperatures. The boots smell like rubber, but that smell goes away quickly. I like everything, comfortable and flexible. The insole is soft. It looks soundly, and durable, stitched and rubberized - I hope it will last not even a couple of seasons, but 5-10 years.

The out-sole is natural Rubber and latex so when you opened the box there may have been a smell of rubber.
The materials are all locally produced and the factory we use and their employees are fantastic.

Great shoes, I was worried they would prove uncomfortable as I have a very high instep and shoe buying is a nightmare. These are comfortable and I have dry feet! when walking the dog. Good to know they come from a good source too.
