Rug is skimpy
Rug slides everywhere because it's so thin. Pretty, but skimpy. Tried to get ahold of someone, they spoke broken English and I couldn't understand them. Tried 2 sided tape, messed up my pergo and rug still slides everywhere.

Thank you for leaving us feedback regarding your order for the Nourison Tranquil 2x4 Rug. Typically the best bet to minimize/eliminate rugs sliding is going to be a rug pad.
With regards to the mention of calling in, we have a small in-house team based out of Kansas that answer our calls and we do not have a record of receiving any phone calls from you. I'm not sure if you may have called a different company, but we would be happy to assist if you can call us directly!

Extremely disappointed in the plushness…
Extremely disappointed in the plushness of the rug, even my dog was not happy to lay at the front door to chew on his bone, something he has done for years. Ended up putting my old rug back down and delegating the new one to the basement doors.
Too, I feel it was very overpriced for what I received. However, on a high note, it was delivered quickly.
