Ordered 2 plushie teddies on 3rd July. Heard back from them once saying there was delays.. no more response! Waiting over 2 months now. Doubt it'll come

Waiting on a top I ordered 2 months ago. You get a tracking number that won’t work. Shocking

Ordered on 28/06/26, not recieved. Zero communication. Very unhappy daughter.
No refund or replacement. Avoid.

One star is one too many. Placed an order on the 11/06/26 got an email thanking me for my order. Then got an e mail on the 21/06/26 from Evri saying they are waiting for my order. On the same day I got 2 emails from something called Warmly to say my shipment was on its way. I have had nothing since. Today I went on on my plushhie email and the site is no longer available. I could kick myself I normally read the reviews before I order.

Order not delivered and now been informed they can’t deliver & can’t refund the cost. They have advised me to contact my bank and mark the payment as fraudulent.

I must learn to engage my brain before ordering things from scam sites. Over a month now, tracking shown as despatched, emails go unanswered. I more annoyed at myself than anything else - I was even stupid enough to pay an extra £3 “Shipping Protection”. If anyone has some snake oil for sale, I’m your man. 🥴

Placed an order on 02/07/2026, it’s now the 27/07/2026. I’ve received no other update only the first email that says thank you for your purchase! It’s just showing on its way with no other information to track. Place is a SCAM!!!

I’ve emailed twice with no response.

Order processed on 30/06/26 tracking still just saying in transit. Now 24/07/26 and despite 2 chases NO COMMUNICATION. Only method of contact is an email address. Starting to think this is potentially a scam.

Allow me to award a zero star and I would, one month after order still nothing, first chasing email on 10 Jul said order in transit, tracking information still shows as awaiting parcel (same since 27 Jun). Second email dated 15 Jul stated product was being made to order. Attempted to cancel order and request a refund. Absolutely nothing back

I had never heard of this company before but when I received an E-Mail saying I was a new customer and that my order couldn't be changed and someone else's full mobile number appearing in said e-mail (That is a breach of GDPR btw) saying I couldn't change my order, then after pointing out I had never heard of them etc being asked for the last 3 digits of the order number, again myself saying I have never heard of them so I cant provide an order number, being told that my order has been sent to me.

Not once from their side been any "Oh, can you confirm your last 3 digits of your mobile number" or "We are sorry for any inconvenience caused" (I did say I can only assume that someone else has used my secondary e-mail address without permission as very few people aside from in my CV know that e-mail address) has anything been addressed by the company for a breach of data etc
