CH problems with cold radiators. PlumbLondon came out same day. Boiler leaking carbon monoxide and condemned. But new boiler fitted two days later. Office staff were excellent and our fitter Bally was first class.

I had a boiler fitted the guy was very helpful polite and cleaned up after himself . I raccomand this company for any plumbing needs.

These lot will quote way over standard costs for any job - avoid. Point it out to them and suddenly as if by magic the quote is reduced by over 30%. Still too expensive if you do some basic research. I even asked for a breakdown of costs. Instead received a response stating price reflects current price and availability of parts etc. When someone doesn't answer your question with a straight and honest response then DO NOT TRUST them

Had a new boiler install by Plumb London a few years ago and I keep coming back to them for the yearly service. Would highly recommend and will be using them again either in my current flat or when I move later this year.

I first came across Plumb London in 2023 and after an excellent experience kept their details. When our heating stopped working at the end of November 2025, I knew I would need to call on their expertise. The whole team were very attentive, excellent customer service, keeping us informed throughout the process. They went above a beyond to locate a new cylinder outside of the country and get it installed just before Christmas. It was a big job and they were brilliant. The team took care to take their shoes off or wear shoe coverings and put sheeting on the stairs and flooring. I would highly recommend Plumb London. They have a genuine interest in helping customers with their heating issues and their costs are affordable. Special thanks to Conor, Joe, Andrew and those who fitted the new cylinder on the day.

Plumb London is a family run business who were so responsive when my boiler had been supposedly serviced by Vaillant and then broke down. Plumb were responsive, concerned, and took quick action to help me - unlike Vaillant who did nothing, even tho the guarantee was set to run until February 2026. In the end, the hassle with Vaillant wasn't worth the stress, and so I purchased a new boiler from Plumb. They were amazingly helpful in getting it installed in such a short space of time so that I had heat and hot water ASAP. And it all came with a personal, friendly and helpful service, and a person at the end of the phone, who quickly 'got' the issues. Such a contrast to the 'robot' responses from Vaillant. Had to call out the plumber as our boiler had stopped working. Phoned first thing in the morning and quickly spoke to friendly staff and said I that I would from an engineer that same day. The engineer came early afternoon. He communicated effectively of his time of arrival. Once arrived he quickly identified the issue and resolved it within 15mins. He then gave good advice on state of our boiler and the options that could look into.
We would recommend the company to family and friends.

I was faced with multiple leaks in my flat, which other companies tried to rip me off for, I contacted Plumb London as was recommended ( I can see why) and they were efficient, clear about the issue and also genuine. Mounir came to fix the issue and he dealt with this so well, I would trust them with any issues I have ( hopefully no more) but you know what I mean. Some Plumbing companies are known to scam people, but I can tell that here they care about the customer. Thank you!

Tried charging me £800 pound altogether to change a diverter valve which is £90 pounds. Called another engineer around ,he charged me 280 pounds for a new hot water pump and descaling of the hot water heat exchanger. So it wasn't even the diverter valve. Paid £100 pound call out charge for nothing . Stay away incompetent and rip offs.

Friendly, efficient, but unable to determine why we couldn't turn the water temperature down. He said boiler OK at present but to fix this water problem we have to buy a new boiler. Impossible at present due to financial hardship.

They had great communication beforehand, making it clear when our plumber would arrive and then updating this when there was a change. When he arrived he was helpful, clear and friendly and made sure we completely understood everything that was going on.

Excellent service. Our old boiler was leaking water, Plumb London responded to my call within minutes and visited my house and diagnosed the problem that day. A new boiler was up and running the next day. Within a few days the heating system was overhauled and has never been this good the 25 years we lived in the house. The whole team were great, but the engineers that did the work were excellent, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Faultless service would highly recommend.

Plumb London attended recently to service our boiler which was found to be unsafe and in need of either expensive repair or replacement. The company offered good advice of the options without sales pressure, and were able to attend two days later to install a new boiler. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the work was completed with very minimal mess.
