Plumbgas Services Limited Recenzje

There were a couple of cancelled appointments. However I appreciated being kept I formed and good follow on documentation.
Clearer billing would be helpful but otherwise am satisfied with the service

From initial enquiry to finished job, Plumbgas has been fantastic. Friendly and helpful on the phone and the gas engineer who fitted my new combi boiler went that extra mile and deserves a medal for the amount of work he got through. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing or heating work.

Professional, friendly and reliable company that I recommend to use.

Friendly and efficient service as always. Will always recommend.

guy turned up on time and carried out the job perfectly-left the site clean and tidy-they did what it said on the can...!!

The technician was very competent found the problem straight away and got the heating back up and running.

Professional, efficient and reliable. Plumbgas provides high quality technicians who know how to get a job done, can't fault these guys and girls, good job at competitive prices.

All work done on time at a reasonable fee.

The engineer quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault with my LPG supply.

Fast reply to request for quotes. Date agreed for the work. Turned up as promised, did the work agreed for the agreed cost and cleaned up after. Pleasant people to deal with throughout. Paperwork soon followed. Just what you want. What more is there to say?

Excellent job

The engineer, Kane was effective and knowledgeable. He spotted a problem which was later sorted out by Baxi.

Great service 👏

Friendly, professional at all times, whatever the job you always know the cost and timing at the time of booking, thank you.

I agree with Plumbgas to install a new Worcester boiler and Megaflo cylinder and connect to existing solar system which is quite a complex tasks. Plumbing was done to good quality and on time except that the Grundfoss pump was pumping in wrong direction. I was left with the task to rewire the solar management system myself. The pump was fixed next working day. I requested a wiring diagram for the new boiler. This was promised by company but not delivered.

What a great company! Office staff delightful, engineers knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Can't recommend Plumbgas highly enough. No intention of going anywhere else!

Plumbgas have a very good customer contact, they notify you when your boiler service is due & try to fit you in on a date & time that is convenient to you, the engineers are polite & do a thorough job.

My boiler had been playing up for a few days and the heating was coming on sporadically. I Googled boiler engineers in the area and Plumbgas came up. After reading great reviews, I gave them a call. Oliver from Plumbgas was able to get out to me the same day. He was able to fit a new thermostat. He was very professional and knowledgeable and also went to the trouble of sourcing a stand for the thermostat! I would recommend Plumbgas to my friends and family.
