Tried contacting Plumbflex on the number on the web page 020 8123 7450 a number of times during the day. The announcement says that the 'person is not available' in the morning, in the afternoon and at the weekends.

Took 12 days for item to arrive, emailed customer services twice to ask where the order was and I had no response. Poor customer service!!

Good source for bathroom items and reasonable prices
Some years back Dad was fed up with his old shower caddy due to it being cheap and rusting. He wanted something that wouldn't require lots of extra holes to be drilled. After looking at all sorts of caddy the Croydex Brockham Flexi-Fix shower caddy looked the best fit. It was installed and he was very pleased with it. After some months, in order to avoid a lot of rigmarole in years to come, I decided to buy another as a spare. The best price, even with P&P, was on the Plumbflex website. Ordered one and it arrived in no time at all, securely packaged. Ideal.
