I have been very satisfied with the product itself. My experience using the core offering has been outstanding, and I genuinely believe in its value. However, the operational side, specifically billing and customer support, has been a continuous nightmare.

I have been invoiced twice, and each time I did not receive the corresponding monthly credits. The core issues appear to be rooted in the company's internal billing system:
- The system fails to automatically allocate credits upon renewal.
- The account history incorrectly reflects payment records and the true status of credits.

When I initially reached out for a resolution the first time (09/25/25), the experience was frustrating. Support incorrectly suggested that I had received and then expired the credits, even after I clearly stated that I never received them. While support eventually added a one-time manual credit, this only addressed the symptom, not the underlying system failure.

I was just billed again on 10/02/25, and the same thing happened: I did not receive the corresponding monthly credits. I’ve reached out to support and, as of the time of this review, have not received a substantive response or the missing credits.

On the platform, my account does not reflect any of my recent payments made toward this subscription, nor does it show my current payment method. While I have received emails with attached receipts, the absence of this critical financial information on the platform itself is concerning. I have asked support why this information is missing and have not received a response, which feels like a significant security oversight.

I must now either contact support every month to chase the credits I've paid for or cancel my subscription entirely, despite my appreciation for the product. Compounding this issue, any existing credits expire at the moment of subscription cancellation, penalizing users who choose to leave due to these systemic failures.

Based on this recurring negative billing and support experience, and the punitive policy regarding the expiration of credits upon cancellation, I can no longer confidently recommend PLR.me.

I am enjoying the products. While I mostly use the products for ideas rather than re-branding, I find there is an ease to generate more content and I suffer less writer's block.

One star was deducted because there was a deadline to use my credits. As I was in a rush I decided to come back to them because I knew I would be available on the day they expired. However, when I woke up they were gone. I was supposed to access until September 7th, 11:59PM. Alas, they were gone by the time I logged in on the morning of September 7th.

When you receive extra credits, use them immediately.

I understood when the points were expiring. I tried to use them in the morning because I knew they were expiring at 11:59PM. However, the points were not there, even though there was time on the clock.
