Obsessed with this brand. I know I'm supposed to stretch, but I can't make any habits stick that aren't somehow worked into my system. Having an app that tells me exactly what to do helped me make this a routine. And I am a sucker for anything that gives me rewards for a streak!

I've used pliability since it was previously called ROMWOD. The app experience has continued to improve year over year and even added new sports (which I'm loving) like Golf.

Can't recommend this app enough

Scam. Similar experience to all of the other reviews. Canceled before renewal (even though there is no notice of the upcoming charge). Noticed the renewal on my card, yet still haven’t received a receipt to this day. Cannot get a refund. DO NOT EVEN DO THE FREE TRIAL.

BIG SCAM!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WON’T GIVE IT BACK!!!!

Tried to cancel a few times but link didn’t work. Now it’s auto renewed and they are trying to take full payment. Seems a very common occurrence.

I cannot recommend Pliability based on my recent experience.

The workouts are good, albeit the voiceover can get on your nerves. However, the overall experience as a customer/ user is extremely poor.

My annual subscription renewed without any reminder or advance warning - something most reputable subscription services provide and which UK consumer guidance expects, especially for longer-term contracts.

I cancelled the subscription immediately upon noticing the charge and contacted customer service. Despite explaining that I had not used the service since renewal, they refused to offer a refund.

The renewal process and general customer service approach show little regard for fair treatment of customers. If you’re considering signing up, set a reminder before renewal as will be unlikely to receive a renewal reminder, and cancelling after the renewal date means you’ll likely be charged for the full term regardless of use.

In summary, I would avoid and look at one of the many similar apps that no doubt care about their customers rather than making a quick buck.

Pretty limited. The guides are useful and easy to follow but they're pretty limited in usefulness. The mobility evaluation tool is simple and erratic. But I've giving this one star because I've been trying to cancel my membership for weeks and can't.

I had registered with a pre-pay card so they can't take the cash but they try every day. I've cancelled my membership twice and it just returns. Support doesn't work ("We're having technical difficulties") even though server status is fine. Can't remove my bank details.
