Terrible service, ignored custumers, refunds ignored

I put in for a refund regarding phone/internet outages is Maritoc for 3 months and 1 week after the Typhoon. My number is xxxxxxxx. My Name Is John Wilson. I spoke to one Rep who checked and said I was due the refund however I called yesterday and the person was saying I was getting p95 and another small amount.
I know you are used to cheating people but I will go to DTI, NTC, 8888 and any Senators who will listen. I really would like to see other Companies come in so we can have some competition but your owner is fighting it.
Also, I was getting 38mbps since the line was restored. It just came back on today so I would like a refund for the time since the line was restored until today.
BTW, your "Linemen" installed the new wire. Being this is my beach house I am only here 3 weeks at a time 3-4 times a year. When i arrived I found pieces of wire all over my floor, the old wire hanging down from the side of my house and the wire was run along the overhang but was not secured. They came yesterday and fixed it. When I asked him why my internet was only 38mbps he told me I needed to upgrade my plan. I believe you hire people with low mental capacity.

Now for the next problem. #xxxxxxxxx. I have been complaining for 2 months until someone eventually came to my office and fixed the problem. I would like a rebate for time lost. Also, I have called over and over. I spend more time speaking to your reps than my own wife. Whenever they issue a ticket number your "tech crew" "Supposedly" comes to my premises. (perhaps the pole or the box) They never ask me if it is now working. Perhaps they tighten a screw or something and then they close my ticket. Ater a while I realize they are not coming so I have to call again. I want a refund for the 2 months I waited to get my internet.

The next problem. My home phone #xxxxxxxxx . I also have been calling for two months for slow internet. I am 73 years old and I just had a quintuple bypass an I do not need you to ignore me when I call. This line is slow and at night it is worse. I can't watch my smart tv as there is not enough power. I need this fixed and also a rebate for the time lost. I believe the problem is you are overselling your product resulting in loss of power.

I expect to hear back on this not the normal ignoring me like you have been doing.
You asked for a date but this has been happening for years. These examples are 2025-26

Pldt customer service is worst than one…

Pldt customer service is worst than one star. Worst company so far. I lost words to describe how much disappointment their services were. We have been signing up for termination as pldt could no longer provide services to our new location and yet until now pldt continously charge us for the internet we no longer use. We signed up for termination last year and until now, these people continously ignore us !!!! No action has been taken until now!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the way PLDT handled my recent upgrade.
First, the process was not properly explained to my aunt, who is listed as the contact for our account. We were not informed that upgrading before the billing cycle ends would result in additional charges. This lack of transparency caused confusion and unexpected fees on our bill.
Second, the upgrade was made without confirming with the account owner. I only received an email confirming the upgrade, along with a link to activate the Netflix account. Because of this, I felt I had no choice but to activate the Netflix plan.
Finally, I was shocked to discover that my Netflix was suddenly upgraded to Premium. I carefully checked my email inbox and found no link or instruction to upgrade to Premium. I did not request this tier, and I was not aware it would happen. This situation feels like an unauthorized upgrade, and it has caused both frustration and unexpected charges.
I hope PLDT can address this issue, clarify why the upgrade and premium activation occurred without consent, and provide guidance on correcting the charges.
I am very disappointed that a company I have trusted did not handle this process transparently or respectfully.

PLDT IS ASS

the wifi absolutely SUCKS. WE ARE USING 5G BUT I CAN TELL YOU. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE ITS ALL A BIG SCAM,I CANT EVEN MESSAGE ANYONE, IF YOU COMPARED THIS TO NON 5G , YOU WOULDNT EVEN TELL A DIFFERENCE, IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE PLDT, DONT, ITS A POOR BIG SCAM.

Two months with no internet and PLDT…

Two months with no internet and PLDT still manages to be completely useless. Calling 171 means waiting over an hour only to get dropped calls and zero updates. When the internet does work, it disconnects constantly.

Funny how billing moves at lightning speed, but actual support moves like it doesn’t give a damn. Constant reminders for payment, yet no urgency to fix the service they’re charging for.

PLDT delivers full bills for half-ass service. Do better.

No internet for 1 month!

We lost our internet connection noong Dec 14,2025 at anong day na January 15, 2026 it’s almost 1 month na kmi nawalan ng internet and inaraw araw na nmin ung hotline nila na costumer services just to follow up and mag reklamo, and they always say sorry and mag-bibigay ng ticket. Jusko po ilang beses na nila i-napply ung ticket and cinacancel nila they keep on saying we will register your ticket for 36 hours. Then when we called the next day they will tell us na na cancel. For goodness sake I’m a college student and we need internet to do our assignments and research. Other than that everyday they keep on telling us na they will send technicians, whole day kmi nasa bahay and the plans we have within the day cina- cancel JUST TO WAIT FOR TRCHNICIANS! THEN WALANG NAPUNTA SA HOUSE TO BE HONEST nakaka abala na!

Then some agents they will tell na we will be back tapos pinapatayan kmi ng phone! To be honest nakaka-Bastos sya! Saan ung moral dun?

Please PLDT train your call agents and tell them na be honest Sa mga clients! Thank u

grabe from January 3 2026 hangang…

grabe from January 3 2026 hangang ngayon (january 7 2026) wala parin kaming internet, last time ulit around November two weeks walang internet. Around December rin one week or two weeks kaming walang signal sobrang grabe na ng service nila sabi nila pupunta sila nung January four hangang ngayon january 7 wala parin silang na gagawa at hindi parin na babalik ang signal namin!!!! come to think of it nag babayad kami on time at kahit nung two weeks na wala kaming signal nag bayad parin kami ng full and walang kaltas, andami nang na apektuhan pag gawa ng anak ko ng research, mga lessons ko, at pag rreview nila ano na pldt pati ba naman kayo corrupt at bulok ang sistema!!! jusko naman anlala niyo hindi lang kami ang nakaka ranas nito FYI, ang sinabi saamin kaya daw walang signal dahil binubunot nila yong linya namin pag may mag reklamo na wala silang signal at hindi ma solutionan binubunot nila yong slot namin kasi kulang rin ng slot anlala niyo. Grabe na kayo sana ma karma kayo!!!! BOYCOT PLDT.

Future Subscribers Beware!!

I lost internet connection last 1/3/2026 at 12:40pm. I called an hour or two later, they created a service ticket 00005745658. In their SMS and PDLT home website they claimed that their aim is to it fix it within 24 hours. Thank God after 2 days, I have to call multiple times to follow-up, with no status update whatsover from their CS rep nor from a technician. I’ve been a customer for 12+ years and this is what I get! They’re so fast in disconnecting even for just a 1 day delay but so SLOW in attending to their customers’ concerns. Thinking now to end my 12+ years of business with these guys and find what I truly value somewhere else! This is truly frustrating! I dont kniw if these guys even care one bit of these bad reviews.

No internet

No internet, i keep on calling 171 no assurance of connection.
They will just say priority but still my internet not restored..and this hotline will waste your 30minutes time before they answer

Extremely slow internet

Extremely slow internet. Doesn't even reach 10% of the purchased internet speed. Frequent interruptions. Customer service always gives the same answer: turn off the router and wait 5 minutes. I've done that at least 100 times. It doesn't help.
