We sell a variety of solutions at our agency and often come up against new competitors (different SaaS solutions) in each deal. It's wasn't realistic for us to manually create battlecards for every competitor but our sales team would often feel like they didn't really know the pros/cons of all these different solutions. We implemented Playwise HQ primarily for its AI battlecard feature which lets us quickly create new battlecards for any competitor we come across very quickly. I have definitely noticed an improvement in our team and their ability to handle competitive conversations because of this.

We utilize Playwise HQ in our B2B Sales team to create competitor battlecards and manage all of our competitive intel needs. We really liked that Playwise HQ allowed us to get started for free, as many of the other solutions out there don't offer trials, free tiers, or even publish their pricing. The main features we benefit from are the ability to create competitor battlecards with AI, keep all our battlecards in one central location and track insights from opportunities we win. Before Playwise HQ we only tracked around 5 competitors. Now we track more than 12 because its easier to do. Also the ability to capture intel my sales reps hear out there on sales calls has really helped share that knowledge across the team and make it easily accessible. Overall Playwise HQ has been great. The UI is easy to navigate. My sales team use it. And it covers all our needs for competitive intel and battlecards.
